The hotel was good, and the staff were friendly. I asked for separate shampoo and conditioner because the all-in-one wasn’t good for my hair — they provided it, which I appreciated. However, there were no basic amenities in the room like a toothbrush or ladies’ kit. I think that’s normal in Germany, unfortunately. The breakfast was good! But we stayed for two nights and requested room cleaning — it wasn’t done properly. The internet was super bad and barely worked. We paid €19 extra for parking, which was okay. Some of the towels were not clean. Overall, an average experience.

Worst hotel experience. I was with my family. The AC wasn’t working and the Windows also wouldn’t budge. We slept in suffocation anf hotel employees did nothing to help us. NO CUPS or coffee sachets given to us. After repeatedly bugging them, then we were given a cup but no coffee sachets. Please please do not go with this hotel. The employees do nothing to help you

Very good hotel. The room and breakfast were exactly as expected for the price, no complaints at all.
What really stood out to me was the service. When we arrived, the private parking was already full, so the staff kindly directed us to a nearby public parking lot. Unfortunately, the license plate recognition system misread my Belgian plate, which left me stuck at the exit. Since I don’t speak much German, contacting the help desk myself would have been difficult.
I asked the reception staff for assistance, and one of them immediately offered to come with me. At the barrier, they called support, explained the situation in German, and the gate opened without issue. That kind of helpful, proactive service really made a lasting impression.
If that isn’t excellent service, I don’t know what is!

Lovely spacious room. Everything spotlessly clean. Superb breakfast. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi was very hit and miss so unusable much of the time. Reception staff were aware and said it would be looked at the following day.

The parking is convenient only if you have someone to go checkin and get an access card. Very little place to find street side parking. The rooms are very nice. As far as breakfast goes, you would be better walking to the daily market and eat there. The breakfast room is too small, the staff are poorly trained on maintaining a breakfast buffet. I observed one employee drop clean silverware on the floor, then pick it up and place it on the table for customer use. The morning breakfast room services the THREE large hotels the same street intersection, it should be at least 3 times bigger. And don’t order cocktails from the bar, the bartender doesn’t know how to make them correctly anyway.

Great hotel in a brilliant location just 10 minutes walk from the centre and attractions and 20 minutes walk from railway station. Good size rooms with cosy decor, great shower and comfy beds.
The room could have been a bit cleaner. There was noticeable dust around the skirting boards.

Great location but upon arriving into our room we discovered that the bathroom had a rotten B smell coming from the base of the shower.
We complained and it was immediately attended to and fixed!

Lets start with the location which is excellent and minutes from the main square.Staff were at all times polite and helpful and the breakfast was plentiful and varied,Down side is the room which has no inbuilt air condition and they give a stand alone tower which you either keep on all night or switch off.Not what we could do as it was 28 degrees in the city at night..If you take a 3rd floor premier room they over look the outside bar area which on a Saturday night can stay open till after midnight which i can understand at the weekend but not through the week.Below our window was a floodlit tree and this shone into the room through very badly designed curtains.We had to ask maintenance to get a second curtain as ours had been removed and not replaced.Staff said curtains has been raised as ineffective many times but nothing has been done Bed wasnt all that comfortable either but on the whole a good room but would not return as better hotels with better facilities can probably be found for the same price elsewhere

Hotel is located in a quiet area. Walking distance to center of the city. Welcoming staff. Clean place. Paid parking was closed by.
