Beautifully kept hotel, spotlessly clean, wonderful breakfast. Great view of the river although I didn’t spend much time in the hotel except to sleep. Beds were comfy with firm mattresses (if you like softer mattresses you can ask ahead for a mattress topper).The only negative thing I could think of is it would be nice to have a small folding luggage stand so you don’t need to leave your luggage on the floor or use the bed to pack.

Amazing hotel! The rooms, breakfast, and staff were all excellent. We really enjoyed our stay. The morning coffee stand at the hotel entrance was such a nice touch — you can grab a coffee and start your day exploring the city. Highly recommended!!!❤️😍❤️

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had an amazing view and a warm, cozy decor that made us feel at home. The location was perfect, close to shops, cafés, and restaurants, and ideal for a lovely walk along the river. Everything was spotless, and the breakfast selection was great with a beautiful presentation. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily stay again.

Beautiful hotel. Great service and location in the center with excellent connections to bus and tram. Beautiful view on the river. Breakfast has also a separate section with vegan / vegetarian food. Very friendly staff

We stayed at Hotel Panorama Heidelberg with our two toddlers and had a really wonderful experience. The service was excellent from start to finish — the staff was kind, attentive, and always ready to help whenever we needed something.

The room was spacious, very clean, and comfortable, which made a huge difference when traveling with small children. Bedsheets were changed daily, the bed was very comfortable, and the room was warm and cozy even though it was freezing outside. There was a fridge and a great coffee machine in the room, which we really appreciated. Despite being located right next to the lift, the room was completely quiet — we didn’t hear it at all. Our kids had enough space to play, which was a big plus.

Breakfast was excellent — a generous and hearty German breakfast with lots of options: fruits, vegetables, cheeses, cold items, fresh breads, yogurt, waffles, and you could also request different coffee types and egg options.

The location is perfect: walking distance to the shopping street and Heidelberg Altstadt. We parked our car once and walked everywhere. There are also many great restaurants and places to eat right around the hotel.

What truly stood out was the customer service — our son forgot his teddy bear at the hotel, and the staff kindly shipped it back to us. That meant so much to us.

Highly recommended, especially for families with young children. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very comfortable hotel. Given that we were visiting in summer, the key reason for choosing this hotel was others’ recommendations of its good air conditioning. It’s controlled in your room and didn’t disappoint. Our room (101) was large with a king-size bed and the bathroom was excellent. The included reakfast was a generous buffet that included offers of cooked options. Parking couldn’t have been easier - right outside the hotel. The hotel is just outside the pedestrianised historic heart of Heidelberg and well located for exploring by foot. The one slight reservation is that it is clearly an old building but it doesn’t feature any trace of its history - sadly all too common in Germany.

Perfect location with beautiful river view from the room. There’s also convenient parking lot for the guests with affordable price.

Stayed in the hotel for 4 days during a business trip. It was a very hot weekend in Heidelberg in June (35 degree Celsius!) but the room has air-conditioning so it was very comfortable. The room is clean and has a nice river view. Staff members are very nice. Quite a range of choices for the buffet breakfast. There are lots of shops nearby so the location is good too!
