Seevital Hotel in Langenargen

I was at this place for a 7 days “Sthira Kur”.
Dr. Parvathy is an empathetic and competent ayurveda doctor. I am very content with the treatments so far.
BUT I was very disappointed about the Seevital Hotel itself: Lack of clealiness of the room by check-in (1star) ; One of the restaurant staff was very unfriendly, unprofessional (0-1star) The hotel is just too expensive for their low standard of service and not in accordance with Ayurveda philosophy (1star). The only good thing is the lake , a gift of the nature!

Hotel has parking lot 8 min away by car but does not reply the phone to come and pick u up ; so we waited there half an hour !
we paid suite 3 bedroom, 850€ a night but there is no body lotion . We paid half board but dinner is SO LONG WAITING ; they don’t care we have children of 11 and 8 , we waited 40 min from order to starter then 30 min for main course then 18 min for desert… WE WILL not COME BACK despite the suite is beautiful and the hotel has an amazing view on the lake

More than half tables were empty but they denied to give me a table for one. And that they maybe have a table in an hour and a half. This kind of service belongs to 20th century! And this was not the first time that a
happened. Does the management of the hotel know that its waiters drive away its clients?

We stayed in the hotel for 2 nights for business trip. The location is perfect, some steps from the lake. We arrived at 21:10 and asked if we can eat anything in the hotel, but understandly the reasturant was closed. We asked if there is any open restaurant nearby but the lady at the reception said, everything is closed. After parking our car, we were surprised that some restaurant is still open, so the information in the hotel was wrong. The room was OK for the first glampse, but the carpet was fully wet around the bed. On the second day we went to the hotel restaurant to have some dinner but it turned out that there is an event (still with some empty tables around). We asked to eat some very light soup or so, but we were refused in an arrogant and unpolite way: "if we have problem, go to the reception to reclaim". I am convinced that is not the way of communication with any of the guests. So we went to the neighbour hotel to have a great dinner. Summary: never again to that hotel
