Pleasant atmosphere. Very friendly staff. The buffet was very extensive and good. Our room was spacious with a view of the spa gardens and a large flat-screen TV. The coffee and tea facilities were also very good. The beds were comfortable, and extra pillows were available. The restaurant and rooms were easily accessible by elevator. Dogs were allowed (very dog-friendly). The bar was small but nicely designed. You could take drinks to the adjoining seating area, which we really liked.

Very nice and beautiful hotel. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Service and staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel complex including wellness center and garden is fantastic. The only downside is that there was no free parking in the underground car park.

I love the peace and quiet, but we are still in the center of Bad Woerishofen. The staff reads every wish in their eyes. The food is excellent. The wellness area is spacious and clean. We, I will definitely come back

Relaxing Business trip
Enjoyable Business trip, the hotel pool and sanua's were excellent. Would recommend a stay at this hotel and was good value for money compared to other hotels in the area.

If you do not have any disability much of this review is not relevant to you. We visited elderly relatives in Germany and booked here as a place where we could all meet. In the UK there are disability laws that require hotels and restaurants to make their facilities open to all eg wheelchair access. This is not the case in Germany and so most hotels are not adapted. Das Parkhotel was no exception, access from the underground garage to the hotel is by way of steps. The front door has two steps. The access from reception to rooms involves another 6 steps before getting to the lift. Further away rooms involve yet more steps along the corridors. Bathrooms had few handles to help those who have difficulty moving about. The mattresses in the bed were very soft and low so made it difficult for disabled person to get out of bed. The spa area is also not set up for those who have mobility difficulties. Staff were friendly and tried very hard to make things comfortable including getting a room for our relatives that minimised the number of steps and bringing a spare mattress and plastic chair for the bathroom. Their efforts were 5 star but a disabled traveler should be aware that there are infrastructure difficulties that the goodwill of the staff cannot overcome. Overall from a fully able person perspective the hotel is comfortable and clean with a great breakfast and nice sauna/indoor swimming pool area. Our rooms which were suites were comfortable with a sitting area.

Run-down hotel, extremely overpriced in terms of quality of the premises and terrible service. We decided to leave as soon as we saw our room. Avoid at all cost, this is a very far cry from a 4-star hotel.....

Update: It’s a few weeks after our horrible experience at the hotel and now I just received a phone call from the manager of the hotel with some sort of threats if I don’t delete my negative review. BEWARE of these people and STAY AWAY!

A hotel 4 star where the reception closes down at 20.00 hrs and charges €250 should not even be considered. Disgraceful, bearing in mind that it has poir mobile reception. Forget this dump.
