We are staying at this property as part of a company trip. When booking, we selected separate rooms, which we were told would be available, but we did not receive them. I asked about this several times, and the staff member at the front desk was unfortunately unhelpful.

More seriously, during the night my room door was found completely open, even though I had closed it securely before going to bed. This is a serious safety concern, especially for our team members.

Additionally, the rooms are poorly soundproofed, and noise from surrounding rooms is very disruptive.

The location was great. We were attending an event at the Riverside Locations and we also only needed 20mins walk to the next city. There was a private parking that was available to guests for 8€ per day.

Only negative point was, there were no drinking water bottles provided in the room and there was a huge bug on the bed that had to be thrown out beforehand.

Other than that, the room was cozy and clean.

Room is quite small and the bed is too small and kind of worn out. The room had no AC and it was 32°C outside. It only had a fan, and we had to sleep with windows open and the loud fan on. Breakfast was simple, and we went 1h before closing and most of the things were already gone and not filled up any longer.

The hotel is in a good location, near the subway station, within walking distance to the accommodation. Lidl is located next to the hotel. 👍

The location is a bit far. However, it is good that there is a large mart nearby. However, the reception is not open 24 hours, so it was difficult to request a hair dryer. However, the female cleaning staff was very kind.
