Apparently, standard rooms are on an intermediate floor only accessable by stairs. Not horrible but inconvenient. Staff was very helpful in porting our luggage to our rooms. So it all worked out.
Very good accommodation in a reasonable price. It took me a little by surprise that the parking lot was an extra service and was not included in the price (for me it was not clear when I made the reservation). The wellness services were excellent. All in all, a very good experience.
