Price - good!

Room - adequate with private bathroom and window.

Mattress - good, firm.

Room amenities - small refrigerator, microwave or kitchenette.

Private parking.

Good points: very friendly, clean, generally quiet location, good view at breakfast.

Bad points: very loud carillon from 5:58 to 6:00 right next to the building.

Smells in the room - upon arrival, it smelled very unpleasantly of food; we could hardly sleep. We tried to air it out all night, and at 6:00 a.m., they were cooking again, so the stench was back in the room, and this happened every day. We couldn't stand it anymore, to the point of vomiting. If you are sensitive to noise, book elsewhere. The rooms are very noisy.

Breakfast - adequate. The table is fully set for you. The bread is arranged nicely in the basket to look appealing, but unfortunately, the slices dry out much faster this way.

By 8:00 a.m., the bread was already almost dry. It would be nice if the baked goods were covered so they stay fresh.

The sausage and cheese were also served on the plate without being refrigerated or covered; some of it was dry and inedible. However, there was a large selection of sausage.

Jam and honey were also offered.

Unfortunately, there were hardly any vegetables, just a few small tomatoes and some apples, and that was it.

The scrambled eggs were freshly prepared.
