This is truly a great hotel in a great location. Minutes from (the small) downtown, minutes from the train station, and minutes from the thermal baths. If you're not into soaking in salty soup with a lot of geriatric therapy groups, there's a great hike up Staffelberg and over to Vierzehnheiligen and then Kloster Banz. Much better for your health.

Excellent place, calm and its surroundings are like heaven, greenery and very very calm even u can hear the sound of a needle if it drops in the road. But coustomer services are really very very annoying. But overall all you can ignore the coustomer services if you look around the beauty and calmness. Rooms are big enough as compare to other hotels. And the good thing is its about less than two minutes in walking distance from Train Station. And without a doubt decent breakfast.

Beautiful hotel in a quiet town that seems shut off from todays stress and turmoils. The hotel is spotless clean and looks just as on their website. Time in their pool and sauna area followed by a stroll through Bad Staffelstein is all it took to rejuvenate mind,body and soul. ♥ Will go back soon!

The Hotel makes an absolutely ordinary impression. My room was very nicely appointed. According to the Plan, it should not be a Minibar, but they were present, but did not bother me. Staff is very friendly. Much of it was renovated during my stay and was new. The price for the night is slightly lifted, the location is very Central. You might feel may be due to the proximity to the train station disturbed.

Staff Naughty and room not clean. Spa area very noisy and poor performance for the price. 1 time and never again!!!

The Spa area needs repairs to door, especially a well-closing/opening of the Sauna.
