Hotel Jägerhof Garni in Bernau am Chiemsee

We were with the bike in may 2015. Arrived soaking wet.
The host has hung up our things in the boiler room to dry and us a Cup of tea to warm you up.
Super the room, the food we have enjoyed very much, the Breakfast was very good.

Nice hotel in Chiemsee. Breakfast is excellent and owners really want to make your holiday best they can. They are really helpfull. Room is cosy, clean and there is lot of space and bed is excellent. Some of the rooms have own balcony. To the beach is 3 kilometres but it is easy to walk and when you are walking, look beautiful village full of beautiful houses.

Our small holiday consisted of 3 nights and 4 days. The owner Herr Mehlhart greeted us and signed us in for our stay personally. Right away, we felt the warmth and genuine friendliness from Herr Mehlhart. We stayed on the second floor in the "Studio Apartment". Wow! Talk about Ole Style Bavarian charm. The room was very clean, we had fast and reliable WiFi and we had a balcony attached to our room. During our complimentary breakfast we met his wife Frau Mehlhart. She was the most charming and welcoming hostess we ever met. The breakfast were typical Continental but...you could have bacon and eggs your way as well. We experienced Bavaria and we decided to make this trip our annual pilgrimage. Please, you must place the Hotel Jägerhof on your bucket list. The Owners do speak English.

William and Dorothy were wonderful hosts during our 4 night stay. The breakfast buffet was excellent each morning with a wide variety of dishes for every pallet.

We stayed there only for one night. This family-run hotel has an old Bavarian design what makes you feel like you are in a fairytale! Very friendly personnel, tasty breakfast with a good choice of food. Good location if you travel with a car, its not far away from the hiking trails and you can easily get to the beach.

We stayed here several years ago during our first trip to Germany. This family-run hotel was our favorite hotel of the entire trip! The hospitality is amazing and you will find an authentic German experience. The rooms are clean, the staff is very helpful, and the food at the restaurant is exquisite. The location is also very helpful if you wish to explore the area without staying in Munich. You will be treated very well if you decide to stay here. It is also an easy drive from here to the Munich airport if you need to catch a flight.
