Close proximity to town and airport only drawback hotel backs onto a train line which passes by every 20 mins

The beds were old and much too small. Dirty towels, and the air conditioning was old, unmaintained, and ineffective.

The room was located right next to a busy street. You had to clean the table on the balcony yourself before you could use it.

Horrible not smoke free room
First off no ac. They say it is a smoke free hotel yet a bunch of people were smoking on the balcony. Since there isn't a. We had to open the windows. Our whole room smell of cigarettes. I couldn't sleep since I ise a CPAP and if forces all that smoke into my face. I tried to get management but they said call the police.

Reception friendly, good beds,
Train right behind hotel, no windows open because of noise from the track. Curtains full of stains and under the bed the handkerchief of the previous occupant. Beds were not made. Clean towels. All in all, for that money expected something different

Undiscovered gem near the airport. Perfect for the night before leaving for home.

The room is okay, the heating is sufficient, there is a microwave, and the breakfast is good, but there is no elevator. It is okay to carry luggage on the third floor.

Lovely hotel! Clean with great breakfast! Staff is friendly and very helpful! Short train ride into Erding and Munich.

There is no air conditioning and it is very hot in the room, which is not good.
It takes about thirty or forty minutes to drive to the Munich exhibition hall.
The hotel is on the side of the main road and is very quiet after closing the windows.
I couldn't find any staff after 11:30 pm, and no one answered the hotel's emergency phone number, which was inconvenient.
