Tulip Inn München Messe in Munchen

I booked a room for 5 nights but left right after check-in — it was impossible to stay.
Arrived on Friday around 1 PM — the room wasn’t ready; staff said, “We don’t know when it will be.” Tried to get a coffee at the bar — “No one’s there.” In the evening, only one receptionist and a long line.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained: stained walls, bathroom floor with residue, curtains with holes, and located next to the elevator.
Staff were rude and indifferent. To cancel the remaining nights, they said: “Only the manager decides — wait until Monday.” No o
The manager refused to help, did not offer another room, and declined the cancellation.
I didn’t stay a single night and had to pay a one-night penalty.
This hotel does not meet any standards — dirty, noisy, and staff and manager who simply don’t care. Definitely not recommended.

The hotel is located far away from the city center, main station, restaurants, supermarkets and all other amenities you possibly could need. We didn't check it in advance so we were surprised that it's almost a suburb of Munich. And we didn't have a car.

The room they gave us was too tiny. It was so small that we even couldn't open our suitcase. And I had to crawl to get to the other side of the bed, because the bed was almost next to the wall (from both sides!!). It's not what I expected from the room with a queen-size bed. There was no hooks in the bathroom and no place to put wet towels. The room wasn't clean, the carpet was dirty, the furniture wasn't clean as well. The AC didn't work. There were no cups and kettle.

Also we had a problem with our room, we couldn't lock the door. It could be open without the card. They gave us a key to close the door instead of changing the room to the properly working one.

The barmen didn't care about customers at all. He always went away outside to smoke even when he saw me standing at the bar counter to buy a drink. I even had to buy bottled beer from the fridge behind the reception, because I couldn't get his attention. Also the bar offers coffee and tea, however it doesn't work during the day, only by the evening. What's the point of offering coffee if I can't buy it?

The breakfast was okay, not too much to choose from.

I booked the hotel via Booking.com, however I can't leave a review there. When I enter my booking number and PIN it says my reservation hasn't been found.
