We had a wonderful stay at Obermeier, and managed to use public transport into Munich effficiently. The breakfast was amazing, and we also made good use of the lovely reception and bar areas. Staff were incredible, and very understanding when I flew off with my room key!

It would be very hard not to return if I ever came to Munich again.

Well, there was nothing wrong, but things could have been better. They are not directly accessible by public traffic, like 500m from Trudering, where you can get anywhere. Or two bus stops, and the stops are literally at the station or in front of the hotel.
Service was ok, but I did not receive my complimentary drink. I didn't complain and demand it. Also, I was there for two days, but did clean my room on next day. Probably changed towels, too.
Rooms could do with AC and/or minifridge. Lack of AC was no problem in October. I could have had couple of beers in fridge. I liked how everything was clean and quite new.
Breakfast was quite good, although I didn't find the courage to try leberkäse. But they had Obazda and you could order Weisswurst for extra fee, which I recommend, even though I did not order mine.
This was the best price/performance ratio for me for Oktoberfest.

Absolutely wonderful! We had a wonderful stay. The rooms were as advertised, everything was exceptionally clean, the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel bar was nice and had great options. I would absolutely stay here again! We had a great time, thank you!

Breakfast was exceptional, hotel was impeccably clean. Needs were great room was spacious, parking was easy. Staff was very helpful.

There is no air condition in the room.

That is a big minus, because it was hot and couldn't sleep till 23:00 when the temperature outside droped and had to have the windows fully opened the whole night.

For 200 euros per night with breakfast would have expected the room to have the AC.

The room was clean. The bathroom too.

Breakfast was a 5+.

They really have it almost perfect.

I hope they have plans to install the ACs in the rooms, because this is the only thing that is missing to be perfect.

The staff is super friendly.

They cleaned up the room every day. They are great.

The conection to the Bus is 3 minutes, train U bahn is 6 minutes from the Hotel.

Great hotel and very family oriented, good breakfast with vegetarian and vegan options, sparkling clean!

Our family of four booked a room here after staying downtown for a few nights in Munich. Wish we’d been here the whole time! Charming place and staff, incredible breakfast and easy to travel by metro or bus!

We went with a larger group and got 3 rooms. One of the rooms had bed bugs. This is an indication of badly cleaned rooms. Clean rooms get checked after every guest. This bed had bugs between the wall and the mattress.

We reported this and a 10% discount was offered and refund of the parking ticket. Seriously? We all have to clean every single thing in order to prevent spread to our houses.

Otherwise all things considered, the bar was nice, breakfast was good to, and the rooms were nice looking and modern.

Could have been a great stay, but the bedbugs ruined the whole experience for me.

Very nice place, away from the hustle and bustle of the main city. But every major place you need to visit is easily accessible by the Munich transit system.
