The hotel exceeded our expectations. They were incredibly accommodating, allowing us an early check-in on short notice. The staff's hospitality made us feel right at home.
Breakfast was a delightful experience. The spread was impressive, featuring a wide selection of fresh fruits, eggs, and various cold cuts. We particularly enjoyed sampling the local mustards and sausages. The croissants were simply divine.
Overall, our stay was fantastic.

The only real negative is the distance from the airport and the expensive cab ride. Also getting to the centre of the city from the hotel is far away.
Also no overnight laundry service is a nuisance. And there isn’t a laundromat anywhere near.
The staff, cleanliness of the facility, breakfast buffet is exemplary.

It was a good experience. The environment is elegant and peaceful. Location is bit far but I like the surroundings having small numbers of peoples gathering around street fodders at night . If you feel tired after exploring Tianjin, this is a good place for a deep sleep 🛌😴 . All facilities are available, the staff are nice to foreigners. I highly recommends stay at this Hotel.

Room could be a little bigger. We liked complimentary infused water , pastry and apples near reception that were available on the daily basis. Coffee maker in the room was very helpful. Staff was really friendly. Good location. Close to Ubahn 3 line that goes to Marienplatz.

Stayed in the hotel on the 21 June and 30 June again. I arrived in morning and had to wait until three to check in. Rooms were still occupied and cleaned before I could go in. The location of the hotel is not that bad. It’s walking distance from nearby shops. Visitors can walk to these shops that’s offer all the basic necessities. Rooms were comfortable and neat during our stay in the hotel. The hotel also offers breakfast. Customers/visitors can choose between a wide variety of food. Breakfast includes scramble or boiled eggs with bacon and other food. Customers/ visitors can also indulge in the different pastries, with other things like coffee and different fruit options. Rooms were neat and cleaned. The hotel is also providing a small fridge in each and every room. A kettle with coffee with other necessities are provided. The hotel has a lift for the connivence of customers.

Nearby the hotel hv a big grocery store, nice restaurants n café, just 3 minutes walking. Many car park lot on the streets is Free. Hotel's staff very friendly, say thanks to Mr Kim for very helpful information of the city.

Very clean hotel, very kind staff. Thanks to the lady at the reception from the morning of May 22, 2024! The room is exactly what you need for a tourist stay. The bus station is in front of the hotel and connects with the metro and other means of transport. There is also night transport. Several grocery stores and small restaurants nearby. I will definitely come back.
