This is a roadside motel place with ample parking. The views are okay but the room was quite warm (to my taste) during a good snowfall. I went there for dinner with my friends. The place is family run and very attentive. It’s recommended to book your table in advance. The food is great and delicious. Huge portion. They have a shop to sell local snapps and goodies. Highly recommended. Great view of Mittenwald too.

Sadly we only stayed for one night (which we regretted as soon as we arrived). This is such a beautiful spot! Rooms were clean and modern, spectacular view and excellent service. We especially loved the bells from the nearby goats! We are very keen to visit again!

Have only eaten here, but the rooms and package deals look luxurious. Restaurant is amazing. Servers are friendly and fast. Food is great. Outside terrace seating has spectacular views of the valley below. Plenty of free parking available and hikes nearby if you need to walk off a few of your tasty morsels.

Me and my family had a lovely stay at Alpenhof! After an unexpected cancellation of another hotel, we had to book a different hotel last minute. Great hotel right in the heart of town! One of the entrances opens right up into the pedestrian street with the church. Rooms are clean and spacious. Very quiet as the whole town is quiet after dark. Breakfast was included and offered a nice variety. Access to the sauna with water beds is included as well which was nice and relaxing in the evening.

Spacious, clean rooms but a bit dated with dim lighting. No coffee / tea or kettle provided in room but staff was kind to give when asked. Low floor rooms were a bit noisy. The hotel is easy to find in the centre of town and has free parking available. We were given a very warm welcome by Michael, who speaks excellent English and has a great sense of humour. Comfortable stay in a lovely room. We got great views of the gondola and mountains from our room. Be sure to visit the church just down the street and you will find yourself in the old section of town with beautiful buildings. One of the best places I've ever stayed at.

I've stayed here 3 times and would definitely return. It is well located, the rooms are spacious(last time I stayed in a single room and even this one was good size), well appointed, clean, bright. Breakfast isn't very varied but that for me isn't an issue as it had what I would normally eat anyway and good quality, fresh.

This place is right on the way to the Rhine Falls. It can be used as a transit accommodation on the way to the Rhine Falls. There is a parking lot, which is quite large, and the breakfast is very rich.

I liked it, but it's more like a cheap hotel. I found the heating set way too high and didn't see a thermostat to adjust the temperature. Additionally, the internet connection in my room was poor, so I used my own. An upgrade of the rooms would be nice, especially considering the €100 per night.

The room was very comfortable despite the high temperatures in the area. I especially liked the shower with very easy power and temperature adjustment facilities. My third time staying here with family on a ski trip. We had a short walk into Garmisch each evening for dinner and/or drinks and as we drove it was centrally located to sites we wanted to see. The hotel is excellent, and well located the rooms are clean, spacious and very comfortable. The facilities are well maintained, and we always had hot water. We enjoyed using the pool, although the jacuzzi was only lukewarm, which made it difficult to use in the cold weather, so we only went once. The breakfast offers a great variety of options. We have stayed here five times recently, every stay was great, good breakfast, friendly staff, great pool and spa, not many Mountain View’s ( due to weather) usually fantastic views though. This hotel always has a lovely atmosphere. We had a problem with streaming service in our room, someone came to look at it, but it wasn’t repaired by time we left. We only had world news to watch in evening.

We thoroughly enjoyed our three night stay, especially the guided hikes provided through the hotel with Hermann. Hermann was a delightful and knowledgeable guide. We enjoyed the many options available at breakfast each morning. Would highly recommend this property for its location to hiking trails, as well as local restaurants and shops.

This was a wonderful choice for a quiet place to stay in Garmish-Partenkirchen. Phillip, a 3rd generation owner / manager of the hotel was incredibly helpful in many respects and speaks excellent English. Hotel is in a quiet neighborhood just a short stroll from a main shopping street with many great eating options. Room had a balcony with an amazing view of the mountains. Had to provide passports...

The room is comfortable. There is lift for disable person like me. The parking is free. Breakfast is good and they serve each person well. The staff are very nice.

You cannot beat the location. You will spend more time waiting for the lights to change to cross the streets than you will walking to the old city. If you have a room facing the river, you will see the city and castle from your room. It's in a great location, the room was great, and the staff helpful. It's a bit too far from the train station to walk, so I would take a taxi/uber/bus to get to the hotel...

Wonderful hotel with courteous, polite and helpful staff. Rooms are neat and clean with amazing mountain views. One of the best stays we have ever had. The location is also a plus as it's walking distance from station and City center. A small walk on the right side of the hotel leads to a great view of mountain with valleys.

We stayed in the top suite for one night in January, and it was outstanding. We enjoyed the indoor fireplace, the indoor bathtub and spa shower, the private outdoor hot tub, and private outdoor sauna. We loved the outdoor infinity pool, which was lit up like the northern lights at night. Start for wonderful. On site parking for free. This was a fantastic stay.

This was the most amazing property. Tremendous spa. Gorgeous garden. Beautiful rooms. Tremendously good food. (Order the pork schnitzel!) Very helpful staff. If you enjoy cocktails seek out Shiva. He is a master non pareil.

The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. My only issue throughout our stay was that all of the soaps and lotions at the hotel had some type of nut ingredient in them. My partner has a severe nut allergy and felt quite uncomfortable after finding out soaps and lotions were made from nuts. This is something that we feel should be advertised online because we likely would not have stayed at this hotel...

These super clean apartments are lovely with high quality fittings and furniture. The 2 bedroom deluxe apartment is huge! Beds are comfortable. Doonas are small and thin but you can ask for extra. Would have liked an apartment with a balcony and view but we were on the lower level. It was still lovely to see the garden with snow on it in the morning. We had a one-bedroom (condo style) suite for three nights. I highly recommend this accommodation for the amenities and walking proximity to the city center just around the corner with small shops, lovely German restaurants, coffee and from scratch bakery, butcher shop, authentic German restaurants and ATM's. Stunning view of the ice mountain from everywhere of the hotel. Great breakfast, underground parking available for €15 a night , i am sure is there’s somewhere cheaper around the place. But the road outside the hotel is under construction, its better to park the car in hotel.

Love the hotel. Breakfast is great. The room interior is nice. Room amenities are also great. There's sauna, indoor pool, and spa , which is totally suitable for those who needs relaxation. The only deduction is there's no plug socket in the toilet.

Lovely hotel with great breakfast! They put our 3 rooms side by side and our balcony could open up and walk through - the kids loved it. Well located near the town. Couldnt ask for more!
