A fantastic experience overall, room was clearly recently renovated and very comfortable for a summer stay, check-in/ out was easy, included breakfast was wonderful and the facility is easily navigated in both German and English. Location is a 5-10 minute walk from main train station and the hotel provides lots of information and discounts to nearby restaurants and Garmisch-Partenkirchen activities.

Hotel is 3 stories private house located about 15 min from the train station and 20 min from Zugspitze train station together with decent breakfast make it a popular choice for hikers. The rooms located on upper floors (and without elevator) means you have to drag your baggage up and down ( no help from hotel staff) by narrow stairways and claim up and go down anytime you go out or in making it not seniors friendly. Rooms are dark with limited windows or balcony doors. Our room on 2nd floor had an angle attic type of slopping walls so you need to watch for your head. Bath is small with only basics toiletry. Rooms and bath are clean but with only very basic furniture , cold feeling a not frills. No coffee/tea make is not provided in the room. The reception staff/owner was cold in the contrary to cordial and friendly breakfast staff. Guest parking is limited. The hotel rooms are overrated and overpriced in compare what has been offered.

We stayed here in June, very friendly staff who made you very welcome, the rooms were spotless and very comfortable, we honestly could not fault the place, we will definatley be going back here, thank you for a wonderful stay !

The room was very comfortable despite the high temperatures in the area.
I especially liked the shower with very easy power and temperature adjustment facilities.
Breakfast was great, with hot options available on request. I particularly liked the fruit, selection of breads, delicious butter and honey or jam.
The staff were very pleasant.

What a great 4 nights we spent at this hotel! Everything was superb- the room was perfect ( such a comfortable bed, heating you could adapt to your needs a good-sized balcony where you could relax after walking around in the beautiful scenery ). The breakfasts were great; staff were very pleasant and helpful; situated very close to train and bus links; short walk down to Garmisch. Wish we'd had s longer stay.

This is a delightful hotel, located in the Partenkirchen area of Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the bus/train station: it's a 15 minute walk to the Olympic Stadium (where we hiked) and 15 minute walk to Garmisch (where we ate dinner each night). For us, the location was perfect. The hotel is delightful: impeccably clean, cozy, and homey, with lots of natural light and blonde wood. The beds are comfortable, and our room had lots of space, including two wing-back chairs with footstools, which allowed us to rest after hiking. The staff are professional and accommodating, providing help when asked. Breakfast was delicious and peaceful, served in a bright, spacious dining area. We would stay here again and highly recommend the hotel.

This is a quaint little hotel located within walkable distance from the train station, with excellent breakfast with made-to-order eggs. The hotel is also environmentally conscious which is commendable. LAttentive staff, lovely modern clean room and bathroom with great shower.
