Hotel zum Hirschen in Lam in Lam

We booked a couple of days away and we were pleasantly surprised with the friendly greeting, staff and overall atmosphere. A family run business is always a more personal experience!
Breakfast: plentiful, and delicious our waitress was very attentive and bonus that we were able to choose how we wanted our eggs!
Dinner: we chose the 3 course menu option and this did not disappoint! The surprise of a salad bar was awesome. We were able to pick our entre from varied options and a vegetarian options. The quality of the food was amazing, the amount of food was more than enough, the service was attentive and Mikhail was a professional and it showed in how he controlled the room.
Room: we requested a room without carpeting and that was accommodated for us. The room was clean and pleasant. The bathroom was a bit small but we managed as we were only there for a couple of days.
Pool: the pool was a great size, depth was perfect for us and water temperature was ideal. The relaxing room was wonderful to relax in after a swim and sauna.
Treatments: we had 2 treatments scheduled and they were done by Louis. He really knows what he‘s doing and very professional. However, I was a bit surprised that a man did the full body peeling procedure. I wish I had known beforehand but I will say my facial was super and I’m sure I fell asleep during it.
We would definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and family.

We found the room small, but we were only sleeping in it, so it was fine. Breakfast was incredibly delicious, with everything you could wish for and great coffee. Dinner offered a varied selection and was very tasty. The service was top-notch and they even fulfilled special requests. There was a small pool and saunas. Wonderful! We'll be back.

Nice hotel with warm and kind staff. The staff speak a bit of English as well. The room was clean and comfortable, and the atmosphere in the hotel is pleasant. It is really convenient to be able to park there, and be right beside the train station and bus stop. The breakfast buffet had the basics, and what was really nice was that they took orders for the eggs and made them fresh. I would recommend this hotel and also come back to stay should I be in the area.

Pretty nice hotel, close to ski slopes by the Czech border. The furniture and tv in my room was a bit dated, but I was comfortable. Has good breakfast and a pool with sauna.

We were guests with a group over New Year's Eve. Everyone loved the rooms, indoor pool and sauna. The friendly manner of the hotel family and waiters is just as outstanding as the kitchen. Repetition possible.

We were in Lam for a short trip. We felt we were in very good hands! The operator family is very hospitable and the waiter is very accommodating! The double room is large and had a beautiful view of a pond! The room was cleaned very well! We felt very good and personally looked after and would come back for a few days at any time!

We were completely overwhelmed. The staff was super friendly, courteous and helpful. The hotel is in a very good and quiet location. Price / performance ratio is great. The room was great and big enough for 2 people, we had a great view and it was very modern. Food was always well prepared and there was always a good selection. We would be happy to come back and can only recommend it. It was super nice and we are looking forward to our next visit.

Basic but comfortable rooms. Nice breakfast with fresh egg dishes and homemade cake.
