Waldpension Jägerstüberl in Bad Griesbach

Pros:
- beautiful peaceful view from our bed (see pic)
- even though the hotel was quite full, it was still very peaceful and we could hear little birds
- big balcony with a lot of privacy and a clothes rack
- big room with 2 tables and a couch (see pic)
- one big bed instead of 2 mattresses together so no annoying gap in the middle
- fair price for the region
- you can get latte macchiato for breakfast (but you need to go to the kitchen and ask for it)
- restaurant has an outside patio surrounded by nature
- there is a playground next to the outside tables so you can seat and eat while the kids play

Cons:
- our bed sheet has disgusting stains (see pics)
- my mug at breakfast was dirty (with pieces of food) and the only mug available at the buffet was also dirty
- we went to eat at 19h30 and when the waitress came to take our order, we said we needed a bit to choose and she said the kitchen would close soon even though we were told dinner was until 20h30
- while we were waiting for our food, I got up for a moment and a waitress stored away my bench pillow (it was 19h45)
- only cash accepted, no cards (both for the hotel and the restaurant)
- after dinner we were waiting a long time to pay and ended up going inside to pay
- breakfast is only from 8h
- breakfast is quite basic, not much to choose from
