The rooms were clean but a bit spartan, the mattrass was hard. There was no flexibility w checkout time. The place is v difficult to find w GPS since its a newly developed area. The restaurant staff were kind and accommodating. About a 25 min walk downtown.

I bit hard to find: my car GPS had problems and so had google. But after some driving around I found the right way.
Staff: very friendly
Room: large and good bed, clean bathroom.
Restaurant dinner: ok
Restaurant breakfast: good with all I needed, but no cooked dishes. But perhaps this can be asked for. I did not do that.
When I am in town I would certainly use this hotel again.
The hotel also has a restaurant that seems to be popular with the locals, but we did not try it.
We only stayed a single night.
Will stay here again once back in Regensburg :)
