We were in Berlin for one night and a had meeting in Tegel. We booked Deluxe Room and the room was very spacious, so we could comfortably work from there before the meeting. The staff was very friendly and also the breakfast was very nice for a 3+ Star Hotel. Can definitely recommend this Hotel!

The shared areas were outdated with stained carpets. The room was OK and always clean. Location was good with buses running at close proximity. Subway station were around 10 min walk which was also convenient.

Expensive breakfast, not worthy of the price, only one pillow per bed, rooms hot and worn, dirty carpet along the hallway, one of room keys didnt work, need a code to exit the parking garage, hotel is hard to find on a busy street, staff was rude and impatient. No extra blankets or pillows. No usb this is twice the price it should be, staff gave me incorrect dorection to transit.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED!!! terrible terrible service. we are staying here for 6 weeks, our toilet and shower has been clogged for 3 days, they told us they fixed it when they didn't actually fix it. we talked to reception again and the man said he didn't want to clean it up (when our entire bathroom is overflown with sewer stuff and smells super bad). he told us to just use the bathroom of the basement when it's been 3 days that we haven't been able to use the bathroom. i would've expected them to give us the option for another room, etc. it's extremely unhygienic and it could cause infections. not only dissapointed but mad because it's disguising and would've expected better attention specially since we are living here 6 weeks and have no other option to shower/ use the bathroom. don't recommend coming here at all.

Edit: they fixed and cleaned everything, they apologized with a gift basket and a drinks voucher. Hope it doesn't happen again.

The hotel provided you with the most uncomfortable pillow that hurts ur neck and the staff in heavy rude. They don’t smile or offer assistance for anything except the Guy who speaks Spanish. The shower needs renovation. The water gets stuck in the sink. Etc etc

Nice hotel in Berlin. Friendly staff and clean spacious room (deluxe). Very extensive breakfast.

The hotel is overall located not a good place. Its very far from shopping centers. There’s no nearby coffeeshops. Breakfast is also expensive than other hotels. Not worthy.
And the rooms were very cold and old. The heating system doesn’t work well.
I could say not looks like 4 star hotel, looks like 2 star hotel.
