Martas Hotel Berlin-Mitte in Berlin

Very clean and quiet, lovely large shared courtyard. No aircon but a fan.

This is a very convenient location, close to both the Main Station and the Museum Island. The room is reasonably large and clean. Many restaurants and also a big supermarket within an easy walking distance. If they offered breakfast, it would be perfect. This is my only regret. But they offer free coffee and tea, and their court was quite a nice space. The staff were also helpful. If there is a chance, I would like to stay there again.

This was a fantastic hotel and here is why: 1. The price - great value for money. 2. The location - super convenient for the subway and a lovely neighbourhood. Everything is very accessible from here. 3. the rooms - clean, comfortable and large. 4. Sleep quality - the area is very quiet so you sleep well and the beds are super comfy. 5. Free Coffee! Would definitely stay again.

Super nice and clean room. Friendly front desk staff, a coffee machine in the lobby and nice vibe overall. It was easy to grab public transit from the hotel. I got 3 good nights of sleep and enjoyed my stay.

There is no air conditioning in the hotel, so my initial room was oppressively hot because the blinds had been left open and the room was just heating up all day. The front desk kindly moved my room to a cooler one that was still quite hot. If you have a health condition that makes you sensitive to the heat, I would not stay here in a heat wave. The bathroom smelled very strongly of damp. Despite all these complaints this is a very nice hotel for the price.

Very fr8welcome, staff were very helpful and happy, rooms are large, very clean, comfortable beds, tv and kettle with teas and coffees in room. Nice courtyard and lounge area with gree coffee machine, fantastic hotel goe a very reasonable price in a perfect location.

Brilliant hotel all in all. I gave this a 5 star because this is exactly what we wanted for our city break in hotel. Rooms were clean, tidy and spacious. Staff were very helpful with whatever we needed and the free coffee machine was a brilliant touch. The area in which the hotel was located was so lovely with plenty of bars and restaurants. There was also a train station 5 minute walk from the hotel which you could get to any of the many attractions from which was so handy. I would recommend this hotel.

A really nice hotel. it's on a quiet, smaller street, just off the busy Oranienburger Str., where there are many good restaurants. Close to trams, S-bahn and U-bahn connections, and an easy walk to museums and tourist attractions. The room was nice - larger than most European city hotels, with a comfortable and quite big bed, and good bathroom. Everything very clean and modern. The room looked out into an internal courtyard, and so was very quiet. The staff was friendly and helpful. There's no food or breakfast, just coffee. But this isn't a real constraint, as there are so many bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants very close by. We paid EUR 90, which I thought to be an excellent price for a central Berlin hotel of this high standard.

Great hotel with impeccable, friendly staff. Quiet street, but right in the middle of the city. Museums, cafés, galleries and restaurants all within walking distance. The rooms were very hot at night, but we did visit in the middle of summer - I would suggest adding some lighter curtains that would allow for more air circulation, while still granting a bit of privacy. I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone, especially if you have an interest in art, since there is an abundance of great places to visit nearby. The staff was very kind and friendly!
