I travels to Berlin to see and meet Marilyn Manson.
I’m disabled (legs, ms and travel with scooter.

The hotel staff put a ramp for my whole visit.
They have wheelchair elevator at the entrance.
The staff is ready to help with anything and always with a smile.
It’s clean,
The breakfast was good,

I enjoyed the hotel and it was close to the concert hall.

The hotel is well situated in a quiet area but walkable to the cetre of Berlin. Our bedroom was were large and comfortable and very quiet at night.
The staff were all very friendly and helpful, with excellent English.
We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay !

Love this place!
This hotel is so true to Kastanienallee, Prenzlauer Berg and Berlin. Love staying there! Just remember ear plugs for the early morning trams.

Very good hotel in it's price category. Staff is friendly and happy. Always in for a chat and very helpful when you need something.
Rooms are a bit smallish but very clean and with all amenities including a minibar and coffee maker. The restaurant is good but with a limited menu. Breakfast is top of the bill.

Very nice hotel
4 nights stay. Great greetings from 2 employees. Location was not an issue because 3 tramways were running regularly. We were extremely lucky to have a balcony and used it to its fullest. Excellent restaurant and well equipped grocery store near by. Obviously not downtown but quality / price was my reason to stay at this hotel. Highly recommended. Enjoy.

I stayed here for a couple of nights, and I have absolutely no complaints. Centrally located, incredibly friendly staff, cozy and clean rooms. Highly recommended.
