Great location next to the station. Rooms a great size and very nice balcony. We stayed in a suite and would thoroughly recommend. Martin on reception was very friendly and helpful!

I booked this hotel through Booking, and my reservation clearly stated that all taxes and fees were included. However, when I arrived, the hotel claimed that the city tax was not covered and charged me an additional €28. Whatever disagreement exists between the hotel and their booking agency should not become the guest's responsibility. Asking customers to pay because of their internal arrangements is simply unprofessional.

On top of that, it's the middle of July and the air conditioning barely works. Every time you are back from outside, it stopa working and you have to go to the reception and ask them to restart the system, which is very inconvenient.

The number of homeless people struggling with addiction around the hotel also made the area feel quite uncomfortable.

Simply, stay somewhere else.

The hotel itself was nice, clean, and well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, the surrounding area was very concerning and significantly affected our stay. There is a park directly in front of the hotel where a large number of homeless individuals gather, and many of them were clearly heavily under the influence of drugs. Their presence was constant, and we were frequently approached or had to pass through groups of people who appeared extremely intoxicated, which made us feel quite unsafe and uncomfortable.

Additionally, our stay was disrupted by the fire alarm going off twice in the middle of the night, requiring a full evacuation both times. Although we were allowed back in after firefighters checked the building, it was very disruptive and unsettling.

Overall, while the hotel itself was clean and decent, the location and repeated disturbances had a major negative impact on our experience.

Harry's home had small compromises that help a lot with the cost, while still maintaining a functional and clean hotel. It also has a very nice location, and very kind & helpful staff. Overall I was very satisfied with my stay.

I would like to give more stars to this hotel if possible. They gave us a complimentary upgrade, the location is right next to the Ubahn, the room had a kitchenette and all cooking items you would need, a huge walk in closet. There's a service room for laundry and ironing and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it ✨

Horrible experience
Stay away! Horrible area, not comfortable beds and a maze inside of the hotel.
The breakfast is very low quality and the iceing on the cake was for us that the 3 person room we ordered was so tiny and without an extra bed for our child. And the beds are 2 connected single beds! So he slept on a crack between beds!
We just had one night and run away to a proper hotel.

Nice looking rooms, there is a subway entrance just outside (though you can’t hear it), and the staff was friendly. The only thing is that the room cleaning was a bit lacking, but nothing major.

A fantastic option; we stayed here for a week. The metro is literally two steps away, and you can also take the tram to the center; the stop is 20 meters away. If you walk to the center, it's about 20-30 minutes. The hotel has everything you need, including excellent cuisine and a supermarket right outside.
