An awesome location to explore Berlin from. Very clean and tidy hotel, we felt comfortable during our stay there. Had a small view too, which was awesome! Bathroom ventilation was a small, but manageable, issue. Great to have space for luggage, recommend looking above the smallest size room if staying for more than two nights (we’re so glad we did)!

I stayed at Hotel ZOE in Berlin for about a week and was pretty happy with the property. The location is excellent, next to not just plenty of restaurants, stores, etc., but multiple hubs on the Berlin metro. It is very easy to get wherever you need to go from here - I didn't use a taxi in my time and explored a lot of the city. I also found it to be quiet and easy to get a good night's sleep. The room was also relatively spacious and room service did an excellent job every day. I was very happy with the hotel and would stay there again.

Room was a little small. Would be nice to have two suitcase stands. No additional chairs in room

Perfect location for visiting Berlin and few minutes from train station to airport. Room lighting was a bit dark but apartment was perfect for family of four. A bit of noise from neighbors but not really from outside so we had a great night sleep. Lovely views from the rooftop. Highly recommend!

On Monday, October 13th, around 9 a.m., after a very noisy night, we found the corridor on the 4th floor covered with dirty blankets soaked in vomit and a terrible smell, while the housekeeping staff were cleaning the room where the incident had occurred. The lack of hygiene was extremely serious and completely unacceptable for a hotel of this category.

Was really nice, great location. Staff all kind and helpful. The breakfast was expensive with few options and I would have liked a second pillow. Apart from that can’t fault it!

Location is amazing, so close to everything. Rooms really nice and clean, could do with better lighting, especially at night! Very moody so you can’t see much when the day light has gone! Disappointed with the rooftop bar, first night and day it wasn’t open, then when it was open we had to go all the way to the ground floor to order a drink and bring it all the way back up! Not sure it should be advertised as a rooftop bar, and also be clearer on your opening hours.

Make reception great again
Removing reception was a mistake. The hotel still has lovely staff, but they are less accessible now. The hotel is popular, and is starting to show the signs of it. Still one of my favourite hotels in the area.

All in all a good hotel, but one of the reasons for booking this place was the bar and skybar, which was never open and then they invoiced me for something I didn’t even have, which I told the receptionist during checkout, that I didn’t want to pay for and he cleared it, I thought so. Now they just pissed me off and that’s why I’m never coming back to this hotel.
