Queens Park Hotel in Berlin

Worst hotel ever!!!
The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was disgusting, and there was no help from the staff. They did not care what so ever. They refused CLEAN towels and bedsheets. Do not ever go here. The shower was also filthy, we could not shower. We ended up having to move hotels. If you stayed here, you would end up sick. The walls were also paper thin so we could hear even whispers from other rooms.

the shower had no separation, so the whole bathroom gets wet - I didn't even shower because everything was dirty, including the toilet

1. The hotel door is broken and shows signs of being broken into.
2. There are no slippers, no kettle to boil water, no toothpaste or toothbrush, no paper towels, and no hair dryer. I asked the hotel if it provided it, and the answer was that it didn't provide anything.
3.Only toilet paper and towels
4. The hygiene is terrible and there is only one TV channel.
5. The hotel is opposite the cemetery
6. I drank hot water for breakfast and was laughed at by the waiter. Rubbish.

Unfriendly staff, constantly talking on the phone in Russian, dirty bed linen with ***** hair, urine in the shower, Coca Cola on the bathroom door, sticky cupboard doors...
very loud until late at night 01:00 loc... Simply terrible!

When I checked in to the hotel I was properly greeted. I was offered a room on the fourth floor (European Fourth Floor) despite the parking lot being half empty and no other customers around.

The room was clean and it had roof top windows. When I opened the windows bugs came into the room.

The final reason for low rating is the inconvenient location. If your using public transportation this may not be a good hotel if you have luggage. Despite being a 20 minute walk from the central bus station your room maybe on the third or fourth floor and the doesn't have a elevator (Lift)

In the beginning everything seemed good but then we saw what there was under the bed, the photos talk for me, there was tennis ball, bottle caps, a lot of dust, earplugs, hair of people that went there before me, feathers, straws and socks. It was a shame! Nobody cleaned there for a long time. In the hall they speak english very badly and they seem annoyed and bored. Oh I was forgetting! When we arrived they gave us the 316 room, it is a sort of bunker with no air, there was a window but it face in a closed space, if they give you this room ask for a quick change of room as we did. The funny thing is also that they told us that there wasn't other rooms available but when we insisted they give us a new accommodation. Fortunately we avoided breakfast (considering the lack of cleanliness), it costed 6€. I said fortunately because later I read on web that people had also been intoxicated by it.
Good points are the wifi which is good all around the structure and the price isn't expensive considering that it's in Berlin. Finally they call theirself "Queen's Park Hotel" but there isn't a single grass wire and it look like a penitentiary jail, then they put London's images in all passage but there's nothing that reminds England or London, also staff at the reception knew nothing of English.

I found some pubes in the shower too.other than that it's fine - cheap, U&S is close, there is a Lidl nearby.
