It’s a cheap hotel, so I wasn’t expecting much, but it was worse than I thought. The place is under construction, so by 7 a.m. there’s already construction noise. The mattresses and pillows are hard, uncomfortable, and have burn marks. One night the fire alarm went off and we all had to evacuate at 3:30 in the morning. We weren’t allowed back in until the fire department had carried out an inspection, and the hotel gave no explanation whatsoever.

Without a doubt, the worst part is the staff. Housekeeping accidentally broke two of my charging cables. When I went to talk to reception to have them replaced, they first told me nothing could be done. When I insisted, they accused me of having broken them myself, and when I got upset about that, they said housekeeping was an external company and they had nothing to do with it. When I asked for the company’s contact details, they claimed they couldn’t give them out due to data protection and told me to speak to the manager, who never appeared.

In the end, they were just giving me the runaround, lying and making excuses to avoid taking any responsibility. Completely unprofessional.

I cannot say anything except this was only cheapest option available near the Berlin Central Station. Renovation underway for the pathway leading from main road to property. Looks haunted with nobody around..small reception desk and no lift available if you carry big bags. Wooden Floor creeks with noise and corridors go black as there are sensor based lights and feels eerie, spooky.

It is as you enter the east side of Berlin, dark old, rooms dated from the years 60.

Missing tiles in bathroom, very very old and cheap shower..plastics.are yellow from age.

All personel is foreign but friendly alsmost humble to service you.

Ps.dont the autom candy machine, possible you want get yr chocolate

You need to pay breakfast upfront at the reception and you will have a small peace of printes paper with yr room number handwrited

Breakfast are boiled eggs, cheap meat slices, bread you cant eat when you have sensible teeth. You are not allowed to touch the coffee machine, and when that one is out of service, you can have terrible pergolated coffee.

We took the hotel as it is close to the Berlin Messe. After 2 days we decised to have breakfast at cafe Non.... what a difference. Same day we moved to another hotel with 4 stars and OMG what a difference again.
This Queens does not merit 3 stars.

I stayed for a week last month as it was a good location for my visit.
My room on the second floor was a good size and was cleaned each day.
The bed linen , towels and bathroom were clean. There was very little noise. There was a fridge. I didn't cook or have breakfast.
The staff were pleasant.
The curtains do not keep out light and black out blinds would be a great asset.
I hope to stay there again next year.

Room is fine for the price, but during the time they do their cleaning rounds I started getting random transaction notifications for my card. At this time I had left the card in my locked room while going out for the morning. Reception also seemed dismissive when I told them of this.

Worst hotel ever!!!
The worst hotel experience I have ever had. The room was disgusting, and there was no help from the staff. They did not care what so ever. They refused CLEAN towels and bedsheets. Do not ever go here. The shower was also filthy, we could not shower. We ended up having to move hotels. If you stayed here, you would end up sick. The walls were also paper thin so we could hear even whispers from other rooms.

the shower had no separation, so the whole bathroom gets wet - I didn't even shower because everything was dirty, including the toilet

1. The hotel door is broken and shows signs of being broken into.
2. There are no slippers, no kettle to boil water, no toothpaste or toothbrush, no paper towels, and no hair dryer. I asked the hotel if it provided it, and the answer was that it didn't provide anything.
3.Only toilet paper and towels
4. The hygiene is terrible and there is only one TV channel.
5. The hotel is opposite the cemetery
6. I drank hot water for breakfast and was laughed at by the waiter. Rubbish.

Unfriendly staff, constantly talking on the phone in Russian, dirty bed linen with ***** hair, urine in the shower, Coca Cola on the bathroom door, sticky cupboard doors...
very loud until late at night 01:00 loc... Simply terrible!

No elevator, not suitable for elderly people
