The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful. Highly recommend

Easy to get to trains and buses. Jan was super helpful. He had his map and a smile ready each time we were headed out the door since we were always asking for directions and advice. Bed was a little firmer than I like, but that is just personal preference. Beautiful tub/shower combo with plenty of hot water. Large room. Complimentary tea and coffee during the afternoon

The hotel has something of a retro feel to it which we find rather pleasant. It is very well located and the desk staff are most kind and cooperative.
The rooms that we have been offered have always been of a good size, with a suitable bathroom and shower.
The beds are comfortable but I'm not a fan of foam pillows!
The breakfast is attractively presented in a comfortable room. The choice of items is wide but perhaps the hot dishes could be a little more varied. The staff there are professional and attentive.
There are no facilities in the rooms for making hot drinks but one can go into the breakfast room whenever one wants to make a hot drink - and quite often there is a cake or two available as well. Chilled water is als always available.

I had a late check in.Reception was super helpful.
The shower curtain needs to be replaced as it is old and stained.

This hotel was a good affordable price and it reflected that in the rooms. A single room was very hostel like with no fridge and a tiny safe and tears ok the sheets. Apart from that it was generally clean and the bathroom (although it had a tiny sink) was ok. The breakfast was actually quite good with various sweet and savory options. The location is also good, next to an underground station. There are certain bars in the area, but it is not the most bustling.
