Great area with lots of cute cafes and shops! Also close to the subway station!

All in all a good hotel suited for a short stay.
The area surrounding is good, a 15 min walk from an area filled with shops, restaurants and hip vibes.

The showers in the room have zero privacy (transparent glass doors that can be seen from the bed) so when traveling for work and sharing rooms with coworkers it can be awkward.

Staff need to be more accommodating of self check in procedures. I needed help and it become a issue to ask for help.check in should not be only self check in

Hotel is in a good area!
No complaints about the service or room.

I only would advise to consider other pillows since these ones are not very pleasant.

This is a really good hotel. I stayed here four nights and was really pleased with everything. The staff are friendly, helpful and kind, particularly the reception and housekeeping staff who are polite and helpful. The shower was *so* good in our room, pressure was high and endless hot water. Don't be concerned by the hotel being on a main road - it was SILENT in the room, they are exceptionally sound-proofed, I heard nothing from below my room nor the street outside. The bed was comfortable, the rooms was very well maintained and spotlessly clean and the air conditioning was very efficient. I cannot fault my stay there and for sure the next time I'm in Berlin I will stay there again. The location is good, a few minutes walk from Alexanderplatz, there are good restaurants and food options outside the front door and the transport links are great. All in all, a fabulous stay, thank you.

Can’t say enough about this amazing hotel. We celebrated our 30th here. Best location, best staff, excellent breakfast. Just the best and thank you mani for everything!!!! Location is the absolute best in Berlin, in our opinion. Thank you thank you!!!!

Overall great hotel, comfy beds and strong water pressure in the showers.

Location is very central with lots of food and drink options around and good access to public transport. As long as the windows are closed you won't hear much from the noisy street.

Staff is friendly and competent.

Only issue for me was the entrance area and wait times at reception. This area is also the bar, entry to the restaurant and used as the reception for events that are hosted there. Especially in the evenings it can be very difficult to get to the front desk / elevators.
