Nice Vietnamese girls on reception who were polite, friendly and professional. Hotel is pricey for what it offers but well located for an overnight stop whilst travelling across Europe.

Best hideaway spot in Brandenburg state Fantastic place lakeside with pleasant breeze and amenable staff. Free parking, great breakfast buffet and clean, spacious rooms.

The booking wasn't in the hotel system, but I was upgraded to a junior suite. Quiet hours are a must after 8 p.m., so it's more suited to seniors than families. Otherwise, the staff was very courteous, clean, and the restaurant was good value for money.

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Room service comes only every 3 days and after we asked for daily room service it still wasn’t done.

Was good place to stay around airport

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

It was nice to stay here. Good and pleasant hotel. The only thing I was charged twice, one time by trip.com and hotel. So multiply your amount *2 and enjoy your stay)))

Great location, just a 500-meter walk from the airport. The hotel is very clean, but they don't provide single-use toiletries, so remember to bring your own.

Service was quite good, very friendly and professional people. Nearly all facilities in the SPA area were not working. ☹️

Actually a good small hotel, good location and clean.

Everything was nice. I especially enjoyed the pizza for dinner.

We came here with our dog for New Year's to escape the craziness in Berlin. This hotel is very pet friendly and was packed with dogs which was awesome, thank you for caring. Lots of fields around the area, a doggies dream. We stayed here for 2 nights you have everything you need. The room was very clean, beds are very comfy and the bathroom was very clean as well. We definitely stay here again.

We spent Silvester night here with our two dogs. You barely can hear anything with windows closed. Minus is, they charge 12€ per dog, which i think is fair, but would be better if they tell you that in advance while booking. Territory around is quiet and with little fields to walk at. I needed a one night room last minute, as a solo traveler. B&b hotels made it super easy for me to book a room and provided such comfort- and peaceful state of mind while I was with them. The breakfast room was spacious and they had a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese, tea, and oatmeal toppings.

After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. A very successful experience. We were pleasantly surprised by the size of the room and the comfort of the bed. A very varied and delicious breakfast. Excellent value for money.

Excellent accommodation, just 10 minutes from the airport. The hotel is new, or nearly so. Ours was a family room for four, very spacious, spotlessly clean, with two TVs, and very comfortable. Excellent! There are two or three restaurants within walking distance.

The room was clean and tidy, and there was a parking lot. The breakfast was so-so, but there was a very good Chinese buffet restaurant called Jingdixuan nearby!

It's quite close to the airport, and the room is very large, but the table is very small, which is a bit odd. It's also strange that there's no kettle in the room…

This hotel is different from the Holiday Inn across the street, but it's a budget brand in the same group. It's fine if you book with that in mind, but if you book thinking it's a Holiday Inn, you'll be disappointed. The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel because I thought we could walk between it and the airport. However its not possible to do so as no footpaths. There is a bus from the airport to near the hotel but unknown to us. The duvet was too narrow for the double bed, I think it was a single. Its around E19 for a taxi. Good for a pre or post flight.

The place is nice, for young people especially, with kitchen, next to S-Station. The price is fair. A pity I was not confident enough to sleep with open windows, which does not open on the top. Not freshly clean is the real negative point, although the sheets seemed to be clean the pillow and the blanket would need a nice refresh, and the smell of the room was not agreeable.

We stayed at Grimm's Hotel Berlin-Potsdam for 10 days in August, and once again everything was perfect. As requested and reserved, we received the King Suite. Although there was a slight staff turnover in the hotel and restaurant, all employees (with one exception) were very friendly and always in good spirits. Clean, nice, 24-hour reception available

We stayed for 4 nights. On the 3rd day, we requested housekeeping because our bed sheet got dirty. However, they simply straightened the bed, left the dirty sheet in place, and just pulled the duvet over it — and called it "cleaning." Apparently, this is what they consider room service. Unfortunately, it was far below our expectations and turned out to be a disappointing experience.

The staff was cery helpful especially Ali, everything was great, unfortunately the hotel is far away from Berlin center. Close to the hotel there's good italian restaurant, big supermarket, McDonald's and petrol station.

What can I say Ali was at the front desk when we had our late check in and all I can say is he welcomed me and my partner so lovely big bright smile with complementary drinks and brought us some boiled sweets over whilst we had our wine! Cosy hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and super comfortable beds. Location a bit far from the city, so be prepared to bus + U-bahn / S-bahn combinations when traveling (during warm weather the U7 line is at walking distance). Air con in the room was shut down during winter and that made the air in the room a bit stuffy, had to keep the window open a lot because of that.

Good environment, convenient transportation

This is a cut and dry place; no fluff. A standard room has a bed, a small table and chair, a tv, a wardrobe and a small bath with a tiny shower. If all you need is to sleep here, that’s more than fine. Parking, even for check in, is extremely difficult; they have a hotel parking lot, but it is pricey. There is breakfast, but no pool, bar, or other amenities. The room wasn’t super clean when I came...

Room was clean and warm which is enough for me, didn't have breakfast there so I can't say anything about that. It's located 10 min. walk from train station. Has free parking. When you step out of the hotel, you will be at Potsdamer platz in no more than 30 minutes. 10 min walk + 20 min. train ride.

Hotel was nice and quiet, except for the one gunshot/firework at night (its Berlin). The shower was very noisy draining water and it was near impossible to walk in the bathroom without almost hitting your head on the corner of the roof. Easyjet booked me into this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I don't really know how to explain this place. Room was weirdly decorated, the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. There was a gym with the same tartan patterned carpet which I thought was a little weird too, the bar area looked like it was something from 1930's Germany! But Peer, the barman was great although rushed off his feet...

Customer service insisted that a refund was not possible, which I found very unsatisfactory.

Nice location, no food on Sunday evening but we were on a guided tour anyway. There was no air circulation in the room until we opened the window, it was very hot. There were only a few electrical plugs in our room, Wi-Fi OK. Not tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they are available by the lift on our floor at least. We had a nice breakfast and the staff were pleasant.

Hotel our of the town. Some of the hotels room are nice and renewed, but not all. I try two different room. Is request advanced payments and personally I don't like. Great breakfast ( not cheape). There is small parking (pay) and then the car stay on the street.

I think the first thing to say is that the people here are really friendly and made the stay so much more enjoyable. I loved the pillows. I chose it because it was close to my son's family and had a kitchen. I did not understand that I was expected to bring my own toilet paper as I was told by one of the desk employees because it was an apartment. In fact, the housekeepers did replenish the supply, and most of the tings I requested, like a fan and a 2d ice tray, were provided but I had the sense that my requests...

They gave me the wrong number for checking in and I had problem at night nobody at the reception. You should check in during midday when reception is open.

This is super close to the airport. A little far from city centre but with Tram and Trains. It's not that bad.

This hotel is simply petty. When I booked indicating I am traveling alone, they really only left one pillow and a single blanket in the room. There was also no kettle, coffee/tea bags in the room. Small details, but shows they are quite cheap to their customers (not price, but services)

Great hotel, small but well-equipped rooms. Breakfast was also good. Small but cozy bar for a beer in the evening.

Very comfortable mattresses, great amenities, a delicious breakfast, and excellent service. All in all, highly recommended.

Two nights with breakfast, on the second day the breakfast was somewhat neglected, egg salad dried out, no more seed rolls, no more apple pie......, despite checking by the chef no reaction

A standard business room with all the essentials, including breakfast, cost 20.50 euros. The front desk service was excellent, friendly and professional, and there was someone on duty at night. The bed seemed quite soft. You need to speak German to watch the TV.

It was a decent studio with ample (free) parking spots. Convenient for a quick weekend getaway if you plan on commuting by car.

Great apartment in a great location. Clean, quiet, and exactly as described. Check-in was smooth and communication was fast. Would definitely stay again.

The cleanliness was excellent. The location was great, close to an Italian restaurant and supermarket, and not too far from the station. The service was also very good and polite. The facilities were all there, including a kitchen where you could cook, which was really convenient!

Awesome facilities in a location far from central Berlin (1 hour by public transport). There's a supermarket and several restaurants nearby.

It's great. Apart from being far from the city, everything else is great! The facilities are very complete, there are supermarkets nearby, and it's very comfortable to cook and eat!

The service was first-class and we really enjoyed our stay here. Our family of two adults and two children all loved it and we will definitely stay here again next time we come to Berlin.
