The booking wasn't in the hotel system, but I was upgraded to a junior suite. Quiet hours are a must after 8 p.m., so it's more suited to seniors than families. Otherwise, the staff was very courteous, clean, and the restaurant was good value for money.

The hotel is worth it’s money and well managed. The standard is good considering the relatively low costs, The breakfast is nice. Unfortunately, the hotel charges for parking in its underground parking lot 14 euros per day. The breakfast is nice! Was good place to stay around airport

As expected, this is a Best Western Premium Hotel. Despite its remote location from the airport and my business trip destination, I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities and service. However, it would have been even better if it had shuttle service between the hotel and the airport, but unfortunately, it wasn't.

Great location, just a 500-meter walk from the airport. The hotel is very clean, but they don't provide single-use toiletries, so remember to bring your own.

Phenomenal location for airport access, affordable, and frankly a wonderful hotel! Literally meters from the terminal entrance, the train station entrance, and a Rewe supermarket (which appears to be 24 hours, or close to it!). I am baffled why they would use a fluffy carpet in the halls when clearly most customers will have suitcases... that was a genuine annoyance... apart from that I love this hotel

We came here with our dog for New Year's to escape the craziness in Berlin. This hotel is very pet friendly and was packed with dogs which was awesome, thank you for caring. Lots of fields around the area, a doggies dream. We stayed here for 2 nights you have everything you need. The room was very clean, beds are very comfy and the bathroom was very clean as well. We definitely stay here again.

We spent Silvester night here with our two dogs. You barely can hear anything with windows closed. Minus is, they charge 12€ per dog, which i think is fair, but would be better if they tell you that in advance while booking. Territory around is quiet and with little fields to walk at. I needed a one night room last minute, as a solo traveler. B&b hotels made it super easy for me to book a room and provided such comfort- and peaceful state of mind while I was with them. The breakfast room was spacious and they had a great selection of bread, fruit, cheese, tea, and oatmeal toppings.

After 10 PM, there’s no staff on site and check-in is fully automated. However, the process is quite tricky. A fellow passenger had trouble checking in—possibly due to a small spelling mistake or some other issue—and I tried helping him from midnight until 2 AM. This hotel is different from the Holiday Inn across the street, but it's a budget brand in the same group. Hotel is really nice and clean. The staff at the restaurant/bar is extremely friendly! Only downside is the rather complicated journey from / to airport so make sure you get the Shuttle that the hotel offers at the reception!

The service was excellent, with staff being very friendly and helpful. I initially thought I would receive a low to mid-tier service given the price, but it turned out to be one of the best hotel services I've ever experienced. I strongly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again if I find myself in that part of the country.

Hotel is conveniently located very near to the BER airport. Check in can be done via an automated machine or through the check in counter. Rooms are clean with good amenities. Perfect for an overnight stay before an early flight.

We booked this specific hotel for our dog during the New Year’s Eve, because we thought the area near the airport has banned fireworks. WRONG. Inside the room is quiet, but it was impossible to leave the hotel from 15:00 onwards, due to constant fire crackers blowing up near by. We’ll look for a different hotel next year.

It was fine and comfy... Good for a night stand.

The staff were friendly and helpful. We chose the hotel because I thought we could walk between it and the airport. However its not possible to do so as no footpaths. There is a bus from the airport to near the hotel but unknown to us. The duvet was too narrow for the double bed, I think it was a single. Its around E19 for a taxi. Good for a pre or post flight.

The hotel is functional. It’s a short train ride from the airport (in the direction away from Berlin) and a few hundred meters walk. Room was clean and comfortable enough. We had an issue with the AC and the staff offered a quick solution.

Travelled with a group of 109 students (age 15) and 32 adults. The crew at this hotel is amazing. The house is a very cozy hotel, but there was no refrigerator in the room.

The hotel presents itself as modern and cozy! The two of us spent three nights there and can say that it was quite pleasant and the young staff very friendly! However, what we do have to criticize is the pricing: we had to pay €25 per night for a small 5 kg dog, and they didn't even provide a water bowl! We stayed at Grimm's Hotel Berlin-Potsdam for 10 days in August, and once again everything was perfect. As requested and reserved, we received the King Suite. Although there was a slight staff turnover in the hotel and restaurant, all employees (with one exception) were very friendly and always in good spirits. The service, staff, atmosphere was amazing !! The food we loved and our entire stay was really lovely. One suggestion we have is maybe to move the fitness room to a higher floor then at the garage basement where people could just randomly enter? We arrived Christmas eve and not happy with the room offered being twin bed, the lovely receptionist (Bakky) upgraded us and was so happy with the room. Had really good experience with the reception team, very friendly and polite. We had a great night in the acom Hotel in Berlin. The reception is open 24 hours a day, which allowed us a late arrival. This was very helpful to us because we came from the airport. The room was very comfortable and clean, apart from a few used tips in one of the trash cans.

Reception people were kind, helpful and friendly. Our room was defined as non smoking room but the toilet was so stinky from smoke. Really hard for us. The carpet had coffee stains. Breakfast had no vegan options at all and they didn't speak any English so we didn't take breakfast. It is a very convenient utility type hotel with very high standard of service. Though the services are limited to basic amenities, yet the professional excellence made a difference to note. The front desk is thouroughly methodical, cordial and helpful. But the lack of staffs made it difficult for the desk to work in prompt. Most of the time, unfortunately, they have to attend phone.

A very tidy hotel, we booked this as part of a package and believed that it was closer to the city centre. The nearest subway was about 30 mins walk, luckily there was plenty of electric scooters so made the commute more fun and easier. Comfy beds, tidy rooms, a clean and comfortable hotel if you don't care for location.

The wifi is a constant problem. I travel with many devices and thinking to get the splash page is always a problem. If I knew this would've been an issue I would've avoided this hotel.

Good environment, convenient transportation

This is a cut and dry place; no fluff. A standard room has a bed, a small table and chair, a tv, a wardrobe and a small bath with a tiny shower. If all you need is to sleep here, that’s more than fine. Parking, even for check in, is extremely difficult; they have a hotel parking lot, but it is pricey. Room was clean and warm which is enough for me, didn't have breakfast there so I can't say anything about that. It's located 10 min. walk from train station. Has free parking. When you step out of the hotel, you will be at Potsdamer platz in no more than 30 minutes. 10 min walk + 20 min. train ride.

Check in was easy using the machine outside the hotel, easy and quick, room decent size, shower decent size, enough towels, water left on table. However we had a cat with us which we were chared 15 euros for, which is too expensive, and obviously cat goes everywhere (under bed) and it is dirty, so if you charge 15 euros for a night for an animal (which they assume would mess the room I guess...

Hotel was nice and quiet, except for the one gunshot/firework at night (its Berlin). The shower was very noisy draining water and it was near impossible to walk in the bathroom without almost hitting your head on the corner of the roof. Clean and freshly renovated modern place with a good kitchen and bar, but some details are ruining it; sleeping rooms are just under the rooftop and there is no AC or shades that would keep the sunlight out. So in the summertime staying overnight means waking up wet from your own sweat...

Easyjet booked me into this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I don't really know how to explain this place. Room was weirdly decorated, the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. There was a gym with the same tartan patterned carpet which I thought was a little weird too, the bar area looked like it was something from 1930's Germany! But Peer, the barman was great although rushed off his feet...

Nice location, no food on Sunday evening but we were on a guided tour anyway. There was no air circulation in the room until we opened the window, it was very hot. There were only a few electrical plugs in our room, Wi-Fi OK. Not tea or coffee making facilities in the room but they are available by the lift on our floor at least. This is a quirky, eclectic, fun place to stay. The rooms are filled with gorgeous antiques, and the continental breakfast was nice with homemade jams. There were only 2 things that could have used more attention: our bath towels were scratchy and old, and our tea tray was not fully stocked and hidden on the floor of our closet. This is a small and cosy hotel in an old villa from Prussian times. The hosts are very friendly. The rooms are equipped with antique furniture. It is not one of the faceless hotels you can find anywhere. Breakfast is made to order and, once again, better than a usual hotel breakfast. If you like the area depends on your purpose of travel. Such a spectacular home in a wealthy quiet neighbour hood. All rooms are very tastefully done and the hosts are charming. Great value for money so can stay in beautiful surroundings and spend the saved money taking Uber into the Mitte 35 Euros. Simple, good restaurants a block away. This hotel is simply petty. When I booked indicating I am traveling alone, they really only left one pillow and a single blanket in the room. There was also no kettle, coffee/tea bags in the room. Small details, but shows they are quite cheap to their customers (not price, but services)

Clean and spacious room, clean toilet, decent breakfast spread, moderate but comfortable fitness centre and on request kitchen amenities added to all the positives. Definitely worth for every penny spent

Very convenient, quiet, and with excellent service. The room facilities are complete and clean.

Overall, it's a good hotel and I'm satisfied. There's a big supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The shower room doesn't have a door, so you need to be careful when showering.

We had a company party there. It's nice place with beautiful site. The quality of the food was also good. There was a servant gay (Hesham) super nice with extraordinary hospitality.

Brilliant hotel! We stayed there with one of our school groups, and it was absolutely perfect. Great rooms, incredible breakfast and shops and restaurants around the area. We will definitely be back.

I booked this property on booking.com for the 24th - 25th October 2025 and arrived at 3.30am. When I arrived, I was greeted by a receptionist who informed me that the system had cleared my booking and put me down as a 'no show', resulting in a 'no-show' charge being issued by booking.com Confused as to why I would be put down as a 'no show', when I showed up before the reservation ended at 12.00pm...

The room was fantastic!!! It was THE biggest double bed EVER!!!!!! It was huge! I loved it!!!! Bedding was also good. The bathroom was big, too. The towels were so soft and really good. Excellent hotel, kind staff. The only minor points were, when leasing the parking area, a couple of times, the license plate recognition didn't work. And I had to call the front office. Also on sunday, there was no bacon with breakfast, and no dark brown bread 🥲. The other days were perfect.
