hesitate to help me or my spouse. Understanding and noninvasive. The hotel is extremely located to the Klinikum to where I needed to be, within walking distance. Such a convenience.
Their continental breakfast was above par!
The rooms are a bit more than you need for a nights stay, but very comfortable. Take it for someone that had surgery upon their head, in three places...this was very comfortable!
The staff was very accommodating to my needs.
I feel personally, they do not get enough credit for all they do for their clients. They were wonderful to us.
