Easyjet booked me into this hotel after my flight was cancelled. I don't really know how to explain this place. Room was weirdly decorated, the bathroom was lovely and spotlessly clean. There was a gym with the same tartan patterned carpet which I thought was a little weird too, the bar area looked like it was something from 1930's Germany! But Peer, the barman was great although rushed off his feet! Also made a new mate as he was in the same predicament as me. We just sat at the bar chatting rubbish all night and getting smashed. So my stay was actually quite fun. Well until my second flight got cancelled and had to travel the Hamburg to fly home with a hangover wasn't great but still had a good laugh!! Would I stay again? Only if Easyjet put me in this again if my flight gets cancelled again!

It’s not what it says
This place was not what it said.
It said they had a restaurant and bowling ally on the property. When we arrived we were not told any of this. We had just traveled and not ate all day. In the hotel room the hotel info still had a menu for room service and hours of operation for the restaurant. It didn’t open til 5. It was 3:30 so we decided to wait also because there wasn’t any other food options close by. We head down at 5 only to find out it’s permanently closed as well as the bowling alley. So me and my family had to walk 20 mins to the nearest restaurant.

The hotel also states that it’s only a 11 minute drive to the airport. It wasn’t. It was a 20 minute drive so we had to pay more for a taxi than we originally had thought.

The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy but there’s a apartment across from the hotel and the people were very noisy til very late.

There was also benches under our window that people were hanging out drinking and smoking til late as well. Since there’s no air conditioning we had our windows open and smoke was coming in our room and set the smoke alarm off twice super late around midnight when we were asleep.

Me and my family were very disappointed with this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel this month September 2023 as part of a coach party of 27. First impressions were good. Unfortunately this changed, on 2nd evening food ran out , we were given 7PM as time for dinner , by 7:25 PM after eating salad starter there was no food. More than this was the rude and arrogant attitude of the cook and another member of staff. They just strugged their shoulders and said 'no more '. No apologies or can we get you something to eat just rude attitude, absolutely no customer service. I would like to say that the 2 bar men were very friendly ,pleasant and polite . The room was hot and no air conditioning, had to have windows open but unfortunately above the beer garden and was kept awake by drunken people until 2 am, a very unpleasant experience!! Would advise not to stay here .

Not impressed, really hot room with no air conditioning. I managed to get a fan from reception but if you open window all you could hear was drunk people outside till 2am.
Also two of our group were upset by rude staff , they ran out of food so one of our group went hungry and another sat on wrong table and was rudely told to move.
Reception staff were nice but kitchen staff were rude.
