It’s a bit far from city but the rate is cheaper. It’s more a boarding house than hotel. Wi-Fi really bad. Train station needs 10mins walk. Can’t expect too much at this rate and location.

The location was very convenient. Right next to a subway station and within walking distance from the old town center. Even though it's self check in, the staff can be reached via Whatsapp. The staff were very friendly, responsive, and helpful.

Room was clean, location was the best. There was 1 small fridge, 1 kettle, and 1 fan. There was no air conditioning, so we opened the window. But at night, there was a lot of noise from drunk people outside.

This place is perfect for a budget stay. The location is awesome with plenty of bars and restaurants close by plus the river and a short walk to the main square. Its safe and secure, clean and comfy. If you are not fussy you will be happy staying here. I can’t comment on parking

Mostly good but the noise at night from the beer garden and restaurant was a bit of a problem - one certainly couldn't leave the windows open. I understand that this is not something the hotel can change but it would make me think twice about staying there again. Towels changed every day, whether used and hung up to dry or not. Eco-friendliness poor. Apart from that a memorable stay. There is a really nice self-service beer garden with a good selection of beer, ciders and wine. Very good food in the outside dining area, too. Friendly staff everywhere. The scenery next to the river Main is stunning and very calming.

Having stayed at this hotel more than 10 time's we have experienced a number of different rooms some amazing some not so but we know that it will be clean and comfortable. This stay was Gain just that. We visit family in Bergen-Enkheim so stay on a room only basis. We got a great deal with ******* and so think our four night stay this time was great value.

Everyone has been so nice and helpful. The rooms are clean and have exactly what we need. The roof deck was so pleasant for our Easter Sunday. We relaxed and had drinks and food that we brought on the deck, with a gorgeous view.

Very good location . It’s away from the big city of Frankfurt located in a very nice and quite area. Transport to reach Frankfurt city or airport is easily available and takes 30-40 minutes.

The investor decided to first optimize the hotel's interior, right up to the breakfast area. This has been largely successful! Unfortunately, from the outside, the hotel still looks like no one would book it without seeing the inside.

The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the train station. However, we had hair in our shower. I also have to complain that according to the website the check-out is at 11:30 am, at 9:44 a lady knocked on our door and then asked when we wanted to check out. When I said 11:00 she said check-out was at 10:00 and I didn't understand the rest of the sentence. But for a short stay the hotel is perfect

Great Hotel for great value! The staff is super friendly and the hotel is right in front of public transport which made it a really good location for when we wanted to go into the city of Offenbach or Frankfurt.

The hotel's location was fine; it was quiet. Unfortunately, breakfast wasn't available at the hotel. Room cleaning was poor. There was hair in the bathroom upon check-in. The bed wasn't made once in five days. Towels that were placed in the bathtub for changing weren't replaced, but hung on the edge. The only thing room service did was empty the trash can.

I had one night stay in this hotel. Situated perfectly for all the shops and Malls. The room I had was pretty basic but clean with lovely hot shower and comfortable bed. I will be returning to Frankfurt on a regular basis and will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

It is an older hotel, nothing fancy, but clean, functional and comfortable. The staff we encountered were awesome. They were friendly, accommodating and made me feel very welcome. It was a little far from the center of the city, but it had a train station right beside of it and a suburban train station near as well .. So it wasn't a problem at all to get to the places with public transportation. Also, the hotel was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Located in the heart of Offenbach, surrounded by shops and restaurants, this quiet, clean, and comfortable hotel offers spacious rooms with new furnishings and comfortable beds. The bathroom is new and features a large shower. We stayed in a triple room, which was excellent value for money. Highly recommended. Paid parking is available near the hotel.

Nice hotel in the heart of Offenbach When checking in, there was a problem with the badge used to open the room door. The reception staff handled this very well with great friendliness and professionalism. Parking is only available in the public underground garage, with a hotel discount of €2 per day.

It is located near Frankfurt East Station, very close to the subway station. It takes about two to three minutes to walk to the subway station. If you go to a farther subway station, it takes about seven minutes. The transportation is very convenient. There are many delicious restaurants around, such as Turkish and Italian restaurants. The supermarket is also very close.

Lovely little hotel, near enough to restaurants and the city centre, and with plenty access to transport. Polite and helpful staff, comfortable room and all at an affordable price. Perfect for a place to rest your head.

Nice and clean rooms. The rooms are smaller in size, so if you are from US and on a trip with family then I would suggest take 2 rooms. They have breakfast in lobby which you have to pay extra. Their parking is on the back side of the hotel.

My experience at The Residences Boardinghouse in Offenbach has been excellent. The apartments are kept as new, fresh and very clean. They are also well furnished and every detail is taken into account. In addition, the staff is extremely kind, service-oriented and efficient. The area has easy access to public transportation and is served by various supermarkets. I certainly recommend it.

The room I booked at The Residences was very clean and modern. I really felt at home. The staff was very accommodating and all my extra requests were met. Prices are extremely good for what you get at The Residences. We were also in the city center of Frankfurt in just under 13 minutes, which is very well located and close by.

Everything was nice! Only minus: They are not transparant about their car parking: It turned out not possible to get a reservation upon arrival late at night due to limitations in their registration system.

The hotel is a 30-minute subway ride from the Frankfurt Exhibition Center. The surrounding area is quiet and there are convenient dining options, but the breakfast selection is limited. I hope the variety and quality of the breakfast can be improved.

Headline: Not recommended if you want to be near the city. While the room was clean, it was far too small and lacked essential furniture like a wardrobe or a mini-fridge. The bathroom was the only spacious part of the room. The biggest downside is the location; being 6km away means spending an extra €25+ daily on transport. Any money you save on the room rate, you will likely spend on taxis or transit

It's a simple and affordable hotel, though a bit of a walk from the train station. I had a comfortable stay in a spacious room with a river view. If you arrive after 6 and you don't understand the language, you're in trouble, they answer you by intercom and they told us they would come to the place to help us and after an hour and a half I called again and they didn't come, horrible, a neighbor had to help me, mind you there are only three parking spaces

The location is very good, there is a balcony with a view of the Main River when you open the window. The room facilities are also quite new, and there is also Aldi opposite, which makes shopping convenient and cheap.
