I enjoyed staying at this accommodation. It was reasonably priced and I'd consider booking here again.
This accommodation was easy to reach via sbahn or ubahn. The sbahn station is less than 10 minutes walk away and the ubahn is 1 minute toward the zoo.
The zoo is a great attraction close by as well as restaurants/cafés, various shops and Bergerstraße.
The room was simple, clean and well maintained, (nothing was broken). The bed was comfortable. Each bed had its own power socket. The room had a mini bar fridge, a fan and a TV with good channels.

Everything was ideal and enough if you will visit only for sleeping. I had 3 nights for bussiness. If you plan with family, more than 2 ppl, it might be not suitable. To critise, rooms are small, heating fine, no AC for cooling, window is enough for breathing, location is perfect, staff extremely kind and helpful, cleaning can be a bit better, security weak, price/performance. For next bussiness trip I can choose again, but for family better options for %30 price more.

The hallway smells like cigarette smoke and my initial room also smelled like someone had been smoking in the room. The reception has me another room which didn’t smell like cigarette. The room appears a bit outdated especially since they gave me an actual key. There’s no lights next to bed so I hab to move desk lamp next to bed. Otherwise the room is decent for a couple of nights sta.

The hotel was very nice and clean and affordable. The rooms were comfortable and simply equipped and the location was easily accessible by both s-bahn and u-bahn. It was a pleasant experinece.

The hotel is good, but:
We experienced something unbelievable last night. The hotel itself is good, but what happened was far from normal. Around 4:00 in the morning, some drug addict was knocking and banging on random doors in the hallway. He was crying, screaming, and laughing in a creepy way, and it went on for more than an hour. In the morning, we spoke with another guest, who said the addict had also knocked on his door. He told us he would never come back here again.
