We loved everything about this place from the clean rooms to the friendly staff, great food, bar, breakfast and a short walk down the path into town! Bicycles and canoes also available to rent and plenty of outdoor space to gather with friends and family

Only been at the restaurant and the food was great and the staff very pleasant.

We stayed here for one night before our trip to Helgoland. The next morning, we couldn’t get a taxi, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and managed to book one for us early in the morning

Very well placed. Nice views from the restaurant. Cheap rooms are small and not very comfortable but average rooms are spacious and well equipped. Big rooms are fantastic and spacious

Parking area is sufficient, two parkings one in the front of the main entrance and one in the backyard. Costs 10€ per night, but always spots available

Nice cozy place, nice relaxing area (kinda spa zone) hot, wet, steam saunas, pool. Restaurant food was very nice and we did enjoy the taste. just HEAVEN, no sound pollution, just bird trills and pure fresh sea breeze

Very nice traditional style hotel, well located on the old harbor section of Cuxhaven (Heinrich Heine's "Alte Liebe"). A very good team brillantly managed by Tim. Nice and cosy for all kind of sejour (trip or vacation)

For the Beach-House Apartments. Modern, well-equipped and spacious apartments at a fair price. Very attentive and helpful staff (specially Britta and Tim)

It really is an excellent option for those looking for a family apartment, even for long stays

e problems to check in, since we came after 1800. Turns out that the hptel will send a message by sms, whatsapp or email eith a code for each room for you to get in as well

Anyway, they have some of the best mattresses in the world (my personal opinion) which is fairly firm, old type with springs which is the best for your body

Breakfast was world-class; there was simply everything, and the service staff were incredibly friendly. It's located right on the dike and within easy walking distance of nice pubs and good restaurants

Lovely little hotel located close to the beach in a quiet part of the city. The rooms has a good size and was nice and clean. The location was good because of the quiet area and the viewing to the ocean

Very nice Hotel with an good bar

Bathroom very small but it works for a few days. Breakfast unfortunately served at the table. You have to choose in the evening, but don't know what sausage and cheese will be. I didn't like a lot of things

The friendliness and service were excellent. The bathroom could also be bigger. However, the distances to restaurants are quite long. We would definitely stay again

The service was excellent and the meal delicious.

Arrival and departure were without permanently present staff at the reception not a problem. Inconvenient was that there was the hot tub not a manual/explanation of use. You have to try something, but then it goes well

Nice little hotel. We had a spacious room right under the roof, so it was sometimes quite warm there. But everything was very clean. Unfortunately, the whirlpool was closed due to Corona. Breakfast was great.

The location of the hotel is really very good, a few minutes walk and you are on the beach. Parking next to it are also sufficient, in front of the Hotel, as well as on the large square

The Room is very small and NO Wifi in the Room, enjoy the 24” TV. Try to get a Room in the Main Building, the Rooms look nicer. There are no real Showstoppers, but for 6oo$ a weekend I think it is a little bit overpriced

If you are OK with a small Room without Wifi, than this is definitely the place to stay. Enjoy the breakfast and the Friday night buffet- you will mot disappointed…

The only bummer was that the pool wasn't open. There is an ice cream parlor and a small shop in walking distance, and it was just a short walk to the beach, too

Dinner in the Inspirio restaurant was delicious, but a bit expensive. Despite everything, it was a successful vacation. We would be happy to come back

Very nice Spa area to relax and unwind; we had a WE are a Skysuite with a private Sauna and outdoor tub, that was the ultimate in luxury and relaxation with a super view of the sea (again) !!! small (non-relevant) negative points: we found no prices for the Minibar; it is also Helpful descriptions for air conditioning; coffee maker and Sauna(courses, infusion, rest breaks would be?!) in the room have...

The only thing that let the hotel down was even though it is a 4star hotel all the signs around the hotel and in the rooms were in German, I know the hotel is in Germany but in this day and age of travel shouldn't the signs be other language's as well especially English as this is understood by lots of other countries

Have missed only the Wi-Fi in the room, but to divert it contributed in the end to the attention and to feel really away from home and yet safe and welcome. If, again, Cuxhaven, then here for sure

The new Director is just wonderful. We already have our second vacation here. Everything was clean, free Wi-Fi, a dream of the Wellness area

Wonderful value for money, but it is a bit tough to communicate with some of the people in this area. It is probably more a function of regional differences compared with my limited German language capabilities.

Jul 2016 We had booked a summer holiday for the whole family. Unfortunately, it was then when Entering the room in shock. We had the wrong Zimner/apartment. The holiday was rescued, the tears in the evening it is dried

The staff was so helpful every time we had a question. Our room was clean and well laid out. The location was quiet and it was easy walking distance to the placed we wanted to see. I would stay there again.

It's in a fantastic central location, just a few steps from the beach. There's a pool and sauna in the basement. Excellent! Our room was a bit dated, but clean overall, which is what matters

Equipped with a kitchenette, sitting area, bathroom, and very spacious, we had plenty of room to spread out. We were allowed to park our bikes in the Hotel Strandperle's parking garage. Overall, excellent value for money

We stayed at Landhaus Stutzi from April 15th to 18th. Our room was very comfortable, with a large bathroom and a great balcony. The best part was that we had the pool and sauna entirely to ourselves for the four days

We booked our room at very short notice. We were cycling along the Elbe Cycle Path. The building belongs to the neighboring Hotel Strandperle: those who book with breakfast probably also eat at the Hotel Strandperle

One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. Perfect for a short visit Room had no English tv channels. Walking distance to the Light Rail. Plenty of restaurants nearby

I was particularly delighted by the quiet corner on the ground floor – a beautiful room with a fully automatic coffee machine, cake and cookies, a book, a latte, and all was right with the world

A short visit to the Ahoi Bath is included – perfect. The location is superb, just a few minutes from the waterfront. so you can be there in just a few minutes

Another great benefit is that guests receive two hours of free access to the swimming pool and sauna, which are located only about 50 meters from the hotel. This was a fantastic bonus and made the stay even more relaxing

I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Wehrburg in Cuxhaven. The hotel is very charming, clean, and comfortable, with a pleasant and welcoming atmosphere

The hotel/guesthouse has a great location near the beach. The rooms are quite small, but clean, and the staff has clearly put a lot of thought into the details (decorations, books, a small toiletry kit)

We were completely satisfied with the hotel. The location is great, parking is available, and you can reach the beach in 5 minutes. The breakfast was varied and there was something for every taste

The only downside was the somewhat cumbersome check-in process; we had to go to another hotel to pick up our room keys. However, the Meereswoge is definitely recommended for a short break

We would even give the staff 6 stars; they were friendly and helpful. The room had an external (but private) bathroom, for which you had a key, so no one else used it

Flott hotel Fint hotel med utmerket service og hyggelig og hjelpsomt personell. Stort kjøpesenter bare 5 minutter å gå til, buss 502 stoppet rett utenfor hotellet og gikk rett til centrum og hovedjernbane stasjonen

Bussreturen stoppet også rett utenfor hotellet på andre siden. Veldig fornøyde med det 4 netters oppholdet

There was no safe in room although other rooms include a safe. No telephone in room. As a longer term visitor, felt the need to communicate with hotel staff without traveling to front desk.

Nice hotel comfortable beds good breakfast enough parking space internet is free of charge and works!!! Just a good hotel for a work trip. Reception speaks English but the registration form was in German.

Easy access, nice standard rooms and little off the tourist areas. Good food and parking lot, as well as supermarket, pharmacy and doctor's practices in close vicinity.

The price/performance ratio is good. For a room price of around €40, you shouldn't expect a luxury room. Only the bathrooms are in dire need of renovation. The breakfast is plentiful and good for the price

Free parking is available for those driving. Lehe train station is about a 10- to 15-minute walk away. Bus stops for travel to the city center are also just a few minutes away
