Fairly straightforward check in. Bathroom had a leak which drowned the floor although it was quite dated. The hotel itself is fairly close to the town centre for convenience.

The overall appearance of the hotel is very nice and the staff was helpful. The breakfast was good and plentyful. The room i stayed in was very hot and the radiator seemed to have a mind of its own readjusting and it stayed very warm. My second issue is the bathtub / shower it was moldy and and also unsafe as the bottom is very slippery which makes it very dangerous to get out off. My wife had fallen and had a concussion and the hotel has still not chosen to address the issue.

Not a bad hotel, good rooms . The room has a small fridge, kettle, coffee and tea.
Good breakfast in the morning (price 15 euros). The only thing I didn't like was the paid parking at the hotel

Bad value, expensive for the level offered, breakfast very basic, buffet looks like war zone in the middle of breakfast time, bathroom dirty.
All in all, has seen better times and is now in a state of disrepair waiting for renovation.

Very old furnishings, room very noisy, bed made noises and mattress was extremely uncomfortable and uneven, would not go there again, could hardly sleep because it was so loud

The place overall is nice and located in am easily accessible location. The reason for rating is the unsafe bathtub. The tub lip is very high and based on it it's location hard to enter as the tub flooring is slippery and there is nothing to hold onto. My wife fell and had a concussion as she slipped. My secondary issue is that we were unable to have breakfast due to our early departure. The concierge offered us a breakfast to go and took all the details down. When we showed up the next morning the breakfast people setting up did not know and also there was nobody else to discuss this with. Contacted the hotel three times. No response in a month....
