This experience is really good! The product is the same as described, beyond expectations, and well done. The seller's service is particularly good, and the responses are timely and patient. All questions are answered, and the communication is very smooth. Overall, the price-performance ratio is very high, and the experience is very satisfactory. It completely meets my expectations. I will come again next time if I need it. I recommend it to everyone!

Although the location is a bit far from the city center, the environment is very beautiful. It seems like there is a forest around it. It is especially popular with retired people who want to take a walk after breakfast and another walk after dinner.

Great Location, but Cleanliness Needs Improvement
The Leonardo Hotel in Cologne boasts a fantastic location, just a 5-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. The view over the lake is a pleasant bonus.
However, despite these positives, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Upon arrival, I noticed dust clearly visible on the table, and to my dismay, there was a dead bee in the bathroom. To make matters worse, I found a small cockroach and a spider on the ceiling. This significantly impacted my experience, as I had to request a room change. Having to pack up and move to another room was quite frustrating and put a damper on what could have been a pleasant stay.
The breakfast, while decent, offered limited variety.
In summary, while the hotel’s location and view are commendable, the cleanliness issues are something management needs to address urgently. Until then, I would be hesitant to recommend this hotel to others.

Located in the suburbs of Cologne, not far from the city center, the transportation is relatively convenient. The main reason is that the surrounding environment of the hotel is very good, with a large forest, lush and green, walking around and looking around, the mood is also comfortable, the breakfast is relatively average.

We had what is called a deluxe room on the website. The price was okay and the staff was great.
The room was not in a great condition. Long black hair on the floor in the bathroom, white and yellow paste on the walls of the bedroom, dust on the coffee machine.
We did not have the time or the energy to tell the staff that the room needed cleaning, so they haven’t had a chance to do anything about it. Still, it should have been clean.
We could not buy lunch at the restaurant because all of the seats outside were taking and they didn’t want us to sit at a table inside, because the inside of the restaurant was closed for lunch. We went somewhere else and had a great lunch.
The EV charger at the hotel is useless. The staff has no knowledge of how to use it and we drove somewhere else to charge.
We had a great time in Cologne. Perhaps we had too high expectations for this 4 star hotel.

We were very satisfied, everything was clean, great location right next to the city forest and delicious food in the hotel restaurant.

We are currently experiencing a WWII bomb alert (we get that all the time somewhere in Cologne) and I am chilling at The Leonardo. The staff is being so patient and helpful. I live in the neighbor and I am so appreciative of the staff here. Oh, the menu and food is top notch. Thank you.

I actually thought everything was good, but the buffet was rather meager. The hotel was clean and there was a good coffee machine in the room.
