We had a wonderful stay here. The staff was very accommodating to all our needs. The room was clean and more spacious than expected, with a good city view. The breakfast was lovely with some menu options that we tried and loved as well. Everything what we needed was within walking distance.
If you plan to use the gym, bring light and airy clothing as the space is also connected to the sauna which makes it quite warm.

The room was nice and spacious. We went here in the winter and the heater worked well and it stayed pretty warm. It had everything we needed here and you can request things and services through there website (for free). The hotel also had a sauna and fitness to use for free. We only used the sauna and it was really relaxing. The only downside was that the location wasn’t that optimal for the places we wanted to visit.

I stayed at NH Collection Köln Mediapark for two nights. Reception and the general hotel operation were good, but the room and housekeeping were unacceptable.
The bathroom radiator/heater did not work. There were used water bottles and trash left in the room, and they were not removed. Slippers were not placed in the room at all; they only provided them after I specifically asked. The towels were old and worn out.
Room cleaning was also not done properly during my stay. In two days, the room was not cleaned. Only the bed was arranged, but the bins were not emptied and the trash was not taken out.
The overall quality was below average, and the hotel does not deserve its rating.

Would recommend this hotel the rooms were nice the only downside they were warm and even with the AC on low every night was not able to cool the room down, The staff were amazing so helpful, there is not too much to do on the media park, a walk in to the center is about 20 minutes the tram is Christophstr./Mediapark and this about 5 min away, Hansaring train station just under 10. with been out of the center is nice and quiet. I would look to stay again if i was to return to Koln

Everything was great. The location was not the best tbh but it was ok, about 10 min walk to the nearest U bahn. The amenities was a bit limited but fine.

Already again the second stay during this year for us and I still can recommend the hotel. Professional staff during check in at the the reception and nice clean room during our stay. 👍

Second stay at this hotel. Chosen for parking, lots of space, and easy access. My only gripe is the cost - €25 a day!
Rooms clean, beds comfy, coffee pod machine. The bathroom could do with an update, but lovely shower, lots of hot water.
Liked incentive of a free drink from bar instead of room cleaning each day, but surely you could stretch to a large beer, rather than 0.2 l?

Room was super clean and in great condition. The park view is stunning especially in the autumn months. The location is convenient, there are restaurants, bars, grocery stores nearby. The front desk staff was friendly and professional but the people who make the experience very special are the breakfast staff and John the guest relations manager so a million thanks to them.

The service and rooms were great. The selection at the breakfast was good.
I really liked the idea of the voucher for the hotel bar for every night you don’t want to have your room cleaned.
The parking at the hotel is pretty tight though.
