Ameron Köln Hotel Regent in Koln

When we were going to get to the hotel from the garage we rang the bell for the reception to let us in, then we were told that we should use our room card (not in a kind way). It is difficult to use a room card when we have not checked in yet.

The room itself was okay, nothing personal and good for staying overnight. However, the bathroom floor was not clean.

We called to see if we could get a baby cot, then the same receptionist said that the baby cot was out of stock. When we got to the room, there was a bed.

I want to point out that the guy who checked us out was much more accommodating and friendly.

Breakfast was also okay, but if you need gluten free options it is not good. There was some dry bread which was inedible. I asked the chef for bread and was shown the dry bread. When my husband asked the same person he was given buns which the chef brought to our table.
