Hotel Dormir (Adult Only) in Moers

I wanted to get a room but I changed my mind, the place is’t like in the photos, the cleanliness is not good

Poor customer service. Terrible little room with virtually no amenities. Don't expect breakfast during the hours they claim--you must confirm the time with them first! Better yet: don't order breakfast; it's obviously an afterthought. Best yet: stay somewhere else!!

Worst hotel I've ever booked! Not even the relatively low price (75€/night) made it worth it. You can do much better for that price. Hopefully they won't be in business after you read this review.

Do not go to this Hotel even if it is your last option besides sleeping on the street. Food scraps everywhere, dirty bathroom and room. Worst hotel i have ever been in. People were so bad and not friendly.. So much bad experiences.

Horrible hotel, everything was broken, broken lock on door, you couldn’t lock the door in your room, dirty, filthy showers, no lift to take your cases to your room, so many steps which is not good for elderly people, limited parking space, breakfast was so basic. Would never come back and won’t recommend it.

Absolutely horrible. Do not go to this Hotel even if it is your last option besides sleeping on the street. Bathroom had huge spiders, there is no place to sit around. The hotel was absolutely disgusting with spiderwebs and dirt everywhere. Our breakfast was 3 slices of salami and 2 little breadsticks that were definetly there since 3 days ago. We asked for more bread and he said he has no more. We went to look for another hotel, and when we came back our luggage was packed by them. They touched our stuff! Very bad behaviour and experience.
