Lovely breakfast, lovely room. The only problem is the noise from the street wagons loading stuff to a shop early in the morning.

Unfriendly staff : When parking, we were given a card that had to be returned at checkout. Unfortunately, our card slipped while taking it out of the machine, and someone else kindly picked it up and handed it to the staff. At first, they told us it was fine and that they had our card, but later they demanded we pay for it, claiming it hadn’t been “properly returned.”

The only suggestion I have for improvement is the pillows — they were very uncomfortable, and I had neck pain both nights because of them. Other than that, the hotel was nice and a good value for the price we paid. The breakfast was plentiful, and parking was very easy.

I arrived around 8pm at the hotel. No one was at the reception but only a notification with a number (02402 9630) which I should call if no one is at the reception. I did 3 times and left a message on the ansering machine. No one ever called me back and after one hour of waiting I went to a different hotel!

Clean and modern rooms, very friendly staff, good breakfast all for a very reasonable price

Good service. Attentive staff. But the snacks machines didn't work. So, we had to look for water outside the hotel.

The hotel is located in city centre. It has Spacious and tidy rooms and the breakfast served here is really good. The only disadvantage is the absence of a 24 hour reception
