Room was very clean, and the breakfast was great. Awesome location to the main center as well.

Only criticism for the hotel is that there was no one at the hotel to check us in after 6PM. We had to call the hotel to get a staff member to come from their home and let us in. After 24 hours of travel from the USA this was very inconvient.

We were a group of seven and felt very comfortable at the Hotel Lindenmühle. The hosts were very friendly and did everything to make us feel welcome. The breakfast was excellent, and the fact that you could get drinks from the refrigerator in the evening and enjoy them at the hotel was fantastic. We highly recommend this hotel.

A house steeped in history: once a mill, later a shoe factory, and now a hotel. The owners lovingly rebuilt the building after the flood (though unfortunately, it's not quite finished yet). The rooms are traditionally furnished yet modern, and the breakfast is excellent and plentiful. Ahrweiler's old town is just a short walk away. A major plus: parking right outside.

The hotel is ideally located. We were three couples and received a very warm welcome. The breakfast was truly excellent and delicious. The selection of scrambled eggs... we've never seen anything like it! The hotel has been so lovingly restored; you can see that the owners put their heart and soul into it. We highly recommend it! 😋

Great location - only a couple of minutes from the old town with shops and restaurants. Nice atmosphere. They have a selection of wine for sale to enjoy at the room. Our room had a nice balcony with a view to the garden, a small stream, the town and the vineyards.

The Hotel Bären was very nice - excellent breakfast and genial hosts.

We were told there would be a lift. No lift in our building (of 2). Smaller but OK rooms. No refrigerator. Wintertime so we used the window sill outside.

The location, right next to the train station and the bus station, is wonderful. Because Trier is a rather small city, everything is in walking distance. The room was perfect for my needs: it was clean, had free wifi, TV, even a free small bottle of wine. The bed was comfortable, not too soft, not too hard. A charming hotel, about twenty minutes drive from Trier centre. A tiny room, but adequate, clean, helpful proprietor. Nice breakfast. However, don't arrive before 3:00 pm in the afternoon. Free parking by the side of the road opposite.

This is for the restaurant. We were driving through looking for someplace to eat and decided to give it a try. It was decorated in traditional German decor. Our friends who live in Germany said it was authentic decore and was a traditional country style with locals eating there. Alte is unfortunately one of the keywords to this place. The room was a bit dark and the layout is not very practical with lots of steps and the room being much deeper than it's wide The location is on the wrong bank to get to other restaurants and sites. It's easy to get to from the freeway, but parking is horrible (there's space but it's bumpy and across a busy street)

The hotel meets all criteria for a pleasant stay, with comfortable beds, good breakfast and very friendly staff. Upon check-out we ran a bit later than the 11am deadline, but the reception person was totally cool about it. The rooms are clean, bathroom is properly equipped and the staff are very helpful in terms of pointing tourists to various attractions.

This hotel is quite good and reasonably priced. Good place to stay if you are in Trier. It is a little walk down hill into the town but quite a hike back up. Still, there's always taxis. 😃 The food in their restaurant is good. Staff are helpful and friendly.

I’m so lost for words. Yasmin and his team felt us at home, away from home. From the lovely rooms, to the sunny terrace where drinks and food was enjoyed, to the close proximity of the Mosel river and the beautiful sights of the wine ranks. You mentioned it on tripadvisir as a hotel with quiet rooms, even made soundproof. Yes, they made effort trying to keep the noise of the road away. But you can stil hear it , other quest showers, talking, laughing in bed (among other noices). Solid roomlocks you hear being slammed. Televisions etc. So please reconsider it. Because of you we stayed here. For the rest, friendly staff.

The staff was very friendly, they asked several times if everything was ok. The hotel was a short 5 minute drive from Cochem, beautiful vineyards right behind the hotel. For me personally it is very important that the rooms are super clean. I have never seen such a clean hotel room. We had a nice terrace overlooking the vineyard. We will definitely go back!

Stay here every year. Warm welcome from owners, clean tidy and comfortable. Breakfast is more than adequate and evening meals are excellent. Only thing Missing are kettles and fridges in rooms, otherwise perfect!

The staff were very kind and friendly, and the room was relatively clean. However, the Wi-Fi was extremely disappointing — it kept disconnecting every few minutes, and I had to leave the room each time just to reconnect. The signal was very weak. Also, the floor made a very loud noise every time we walked, almost like something out of a horror movie.

Hotel situated in a charming town. As is typical in this area there is no air conditioning. Just a short walk from the Moselle though.

The rooms are spacious and quiet, which is rare in the city center. The Wi-Fi is fast and reliable, which was a big plus since I worked during my stay. The breakfast was delicious, with local specialties. What I liked the most is that the hotel is just a few steps away from the Römer and the main square.

It was a super quiet hotel in quiet neighborhood. No road traffic noise. The rooms were extremely small and basic. Plenty of Parking available on property. This is a great hotel for short stays and you are only in town for business. Or you have something to take care of at the University Medical Hospital.

My experience here was amazing! The rooms looked and felt very luxurious, but the highlight was definitely the restaurant, the food was unlike anything i have tasted before and the waiters were very friendly. I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone.

The meat on the menu is very good prepared and it was no problem being recommended a wine suitable for the food. For my second visit I also stayed over night here and there is plenty of space in the rooms.

Excellent food and super attentive staff. The restaurant service was outstanding. The rooms are however rather basic. There’s no air condition currently only a ceiling fan. Mattresses should be replaced and no longer comply with a market standard.

The hotel was very convenient for our short break in Wittlich, as it was located in the city center, within walking distance of everything. Although our room didn't have air conditioning, it was still bearable on the very warm days. The windows also closed quite well, and no night noise penetrated the room facing the market square.

I had a four night stay at the Zehnthof, whilst touring the Mosel valley. The hotel itself is spacious and comfortable. It has a restaurant that looks out on to a lovely view of the river. We stayed for 3 nights and had a fantastic time. The room was very comfortable, clean and spacious, and the views from the balcony were something else! I definitely recommend to book with breakfast because the quality of the food is incredible. Next time we will make sure to make a dinner reservation too as the ice cream cake was delicious!

Great Staff, clean. Some beds are small and some showers are small but most are fine. Sleeping in the front of the hotel can be noisy on Friday and Saturday night due to the bar crowds going home. Good breakfast. Great Location.

This is such a stellar place to stay. It is a quiet hotel not far from the town of Zell and sits on the Moselle. Each room has a balcony and are very nice. We booked this hotel for one night to enjoy a wine festival in Zell and visit some of the local wineries. Staff was extremely friendly, room was very spacious. View was incredible right on the river. Free and available parking right out front, very good continental breakfast and it was 15 minutes walk from the heart of town. We definitely will be staying here on our next visit to the region.

Affordable; however, the bed was a bit hard. This is just feedback. Everything else was fine. Thank you. If you plan to stay here, you can use the VRN app to find the bus station nearby, times, and routes (even to the base, if you have the proper identification). Or a rental car is good to have.
