We arrived totally overwhelmed (due to bus cancellations elsewhere) and under prepared (having forgotten to pack EU plugs and toothbrushes). Rooms were clean and spacious. Staff was really kind. Breakfast was good and on my request they even provided me toast which they specially went to buy. I was very pleased with the service. I would definitely recommend it.

This is a great hotel with very friendly staff and a good atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and clean. Water, tea, coffee etc is provided in each room. There is a seating area outside for relaxing in the evening and many local restaurants in walking distance.

This hotel is in a great location. The clerks are friendly, helpful, and professional. The rooms are clean and comfortable. I would give it 5 stars if the double occupancy rooms weren't made up of 2 single beds.

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

Very happy with the friendly service, great price including a very decent breakfast and garage parking for car and bicycles. Old fashioned style but very clean and tidy. Nice rooms and staff, but it didn't seem like the room was completely serviced. It had the impression of just starting the business and a bit disorganized as there was no toilet paper, garbage in the trash bin (not much, but hasn't been removed from the previous tenant), and I cleaned the bathroom mirror myself. Sheets and bed were clean, neat and comfortable. WiFi worked well. Air conditioning 👌

The hotel is in a great, quiet location – close to the river, lots of greenery and yet very close to the shopping centre. It has competent, tourist-oriented staff. Equipped with a lift. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, i.e. a safe, TV, mobile network, kettle, coffee and tea. Good breakfasts at convenient times.

Comfortable enough hotel with a friendly receptionist. Very limited facilities during our visit with no bar / restaurant. Vending machines in the lobby appeared to offer drinks and snacks however were out of use so a little disappointing. Reasonably priced and acceptable rooms, short walk across the road to the river and a walk of approximately 15 minutes to the town / old town.

Wonderful experience! Our only regret is only staying one night. Gorgeous setting and great wine. Highly recommended!

The B&B is located among the vineyards, just a short distance from the main street. Great location in the middle of the vineyards, with a good selection of wines and self-service for guests. The experience was beyond expectations from check-in to check-out. Walls are thin, and you can hear your neighbors but to be expected in old historic buildings. No a/c but a small fan in the room does the job but is noisy. The staff was extremely kind and receptive. I checked in for the weekend. The room was newly renovated, and I enjoyed a very tasty and varied breakfast. The location is great for short trips to Gimmeldingen and Mußbach, and for hiking in the Palatinate Forest.

This was our second stay at the Hotel Tenner. They offer a great breakfast to start the day. Rooms were very clean. It was everything that we needed. Parking can be a challenge (we had to park on the street one night), but everything else was excellent. Highly recommend!

I spent three nights at the Hotel Tenner and would definitely come back. It is a very nice family run hotel with a cozy atmosphere. The breakfast fulfilled every wish and the room was clean. The adjoining vineyards make the stay even more recommendable! All in all, I can absolutely recommend the hotel.

The hotel is extremely strict about non-smokers – you even have to sign a declaration to that effect. I was very surprised when we entered our room and it smelled strongly of cigarettes. We were immediately given a new room and everything was fine.

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. It was two blocks away. We went to the restaurant today for Mother's Day. There was a four-course meal, and I have to say, we haven't eaten as well as we did tonight in a long time. It was delicious, beautifully presented, and at €49, a real bargain. Highly recommended!

Very nice front desk staff gave restaurant recommendations and advice on transport. Updated bathroom was a pleasant surprise. It’s a bit of a walk on cobblestone paths if you arrive by bus or train, so keep that in mind when travelling with a heavy suitcase or multiple bags. Some rooms are accessed via a small flight of stairs and have windows that open out to a noisy alley.

Got a room facing a side street with a bar with very noisy clientele. Managed to change room and when doing that the staff tells me that they have a lot of complaints for that room due to noise from the bar… Key code panel to open door, not very user friendly.

A great surprise I was rather surprised at how great this hotel is. It was in an unsuspecting area that was very close to the main plaza in Trier. The best part was the comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning. I had the best night's rest in a long time.

Rooms and amenities are basic. Clean, rustic fashioned building. The lady owner gave us the instructions on the phone of how to check in and get the keys. Located 1 km to the next ferry to Rüdesheim. Parking is available near the hotel. A little bit lack of explanations of how to get to the rooms. Breakfast was standard and fresh. Coffee and sunny side up was excellent.

We had an emergency stay at this hotel due to our car breaking down in a nearby location. The manager was so very kind and offered to come and pick myself and my child up while my partner stayed in our car waiting for the recovery service. Got there at 21.55, friendly welkome at reception and precise given instructions/explanations. Very clean hotel, room, very comfy beds, 24/7 autoservice for drinks and snaks downstairs and the most delicious breakfast. I believe the surroundings are nice too, pitty we only got there during night and left too early. Deffinitely a place to go again for a longer duration.
