This place is really good, the rooms are very modern and like a home from home. The facilities for a sports person are second to none and the location is 1.5km from the centre of Andernach

I've stayed in hotels all over the world. This was one of the nicest. World class spa and exercise area and the restaurant had a simple menu, but well prepared meals.

The staff greet the guests in a friendly manner, check the vaccination status and also carry out tests. You don't have to say anything more about the sauna itself, as everyone knows what a great sauna landscape awaits guests there. The steam rooms are also great. And then the restaurant ... great to look at dishes at affordable prices, which are served quickly and in a friendly manner and taste great...

We weren't guests in the hotel, but in the sauna. The infusions are great. Very friendly staff. The relaxation rooms are comfortably furnished.

Wonderful, large SPA area, relaxed, friendly atmosphere, good food and beautiful, large rooms. We had the water suite, which left nothing to be desired. With great pleasure again and absolutely to be recommended :)

Great gem Lovely hotel in the centre of town with free parking in the local town centre car park. Great junior suite. Food in Olive restaurant was tasty and plentiful. Breakfast in the cafe was nicely set out and had more options than was expected for continental breakfast. Would definitely stay there again.

Nice and clean hotel to stay. Especially breakfast is really good. But there's few spot for fun.

I wish if lift goes to all floors. Since I had carry up heavy luggages by steps from ground to the 1st floor and another steep steps ffom the highest floor for the lift on the 3rd floor to upper floor where the room was located, I twisted and injured my knee. Not serious I hope, but may take time to recover. Everything else was wonderful. Very good accommodation.

We spent three nights at the hotel. The entire property is very well maintained, and the location is excellent especially during meals, as the view of the Rhine is absolutely stunning. The spa area is on the smaller side. There are only four loungers in the pool area, and the sauna is also a bit small. The rooms aren’t extraordinary, but they are clean and well kept. There was good and not so good about our stay. We had to wait over 20 minutes to check while the staff member tried to resolve issues with another guest. That was unfortunate but understandable, but I was never acknowledged and when I was able to begin, was abandoned to another guest before completing. Was never told anything about the property including breakfast location and hours or spa location...

This was the best hotel during our journey through Germany and Austria. Checks all the boxes for excellence. The room is large and very convenient with all the amenities. Spent 2 nights in a comfort room and standard room. Both great nights, very comfy beds. Great river views. To be honest I'm not sure what the difference between the price categories was, but either way prices were reasonable and we were happy. Didn't try restaurant as reviews were poor. Had 2x meals in the town.

Beautiful building we booked in 10 mins before we arrived the lady on reception was very helpful her English was better than my German breakfast was fresh and delicious the rooms are very dated but clean and tidy would stay again if we was in the area

We had a wonderful stay. Our balcony had a view of a small lake. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, and we liked the interesting layout of the hotel. We loved our dinner at their restaurant across the street. Everyone was very nice and helpful at the hotel.

Room was great, very clean but a strange layout. A bit of a maze to get from our room to the reception area. Had a high ceiling, almost looked like a refurbished hospital, but nicely maintained. Excellent location, close walk to town centre and Christmas markets. Parking was convenient and free.

Try to check in early. We arrived late and the check in experience was not great. The front desk person could not speak English. We stayed there twice, the room in the second stay was very good.

We stayed at three different Hyatt hotels during our trip in Mainz and Frankfurt, and while all of them were very good, the best one of our journey was Brunfels. The service was excellent — the receptionist was always helpful and greeted us warmly each time. Our room came with a balcony, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, the parking was convenient, and the bed and bedding were excellent. However, the towels were a bit yellow and stiff, and were not as good as the condition of everything else. I was satisfied with everything else.

The location is right in the city center and close to everything. The room is equipped with a fan. During our stay the weather is so hot and the fan didn't helped much.

Good night in Bad Kreuznach The hotel sits on a hill and the path down to the city centre through the woods is easy to follow, even for returning after dinner at a good restaurant in town. A peaceful place in the German countryside We intially had a top floor room without air conditioning, on a 32 degree celcius day, so we asked if we could move down to a lower, cooler floor. I have stayed here on many occasions. The food is amazing and the main hotel has a pool and spa with services. Original hotel is Kunz just across the street. I just extended my stay two more nights.

hard to describe the experience as we arrived in Frankfurt after 7 P.M. and didn't get on the road till 8 it was getting dark and finding this small village was very difficult for someone not familiar with the area. Didn't arrive till almost 11 no one there fortunately the door was unlocked and the room key was on the desk. No one up in the morning so no interaction at all !

Quiet location that you have to drive to. Little disappointed to have to pay for on-site parking when you not close to central Boppard. Wifi did not work for us in the building but did work outside. The place was showing its age as it looks a little worn. Comfortable bed.

Booked this quite last minute for our party of six. Clean and comfortable rooms, quite small but had everything we needed. We were greeted at reception by a friendly gentleman but there were no staff on duty and the restaurant was closed (no breakfast either). The hotel gave the impression that it was shut for the season.

Good clean hotel, in a residential area about 15-20 minute walk from the main square in Mainz. Balcony was a bonus - and being near to a supermarket was good too. Staff were friendly. The location is very central. I was able to check in at any time; I used the contactless check-in after reception opened. Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. One small drawback is that there was no air conditioning and the fan didn't work. I would avoid the hotel during the height of summer, but otherwise I would be happy to stay there again.

Nice clean hotel just outside the city Centre but not far from the main train station. The room was nice, bright and clean, the amenities were very nice and the breakfast was quite tasty and reasonably priced. The staff were very accommodating and pleasant. It was not me staying in the Hotel, I did undergo an operation in the near by hospital and my wife was staying in the hotel. As useal, the stay in the hospital had to be extendet and the hotel had no problem with the dayly changes. We were stuck in a bad situation with a broken car on a national holiday, where we had to wait for someone to pick us up from multiple hours away. The hotel allowed us to rest in our room during the day free of charge, many hours over the usual check out time, for us to be comfortable with our baby while waiting. An extremely nice gesture! I was upgraded to a room that was very clean, both in terms of the bathroom and the room itself. However, the smell of the pillowcase bothered me. Maybe I have a sensitive nose, but the smell of the pillowcase was bothersome, so I had to sleep on the sofa over my pillow. Other than that, it wasn't a problem and I had a comfortable stay.
