Excellent hotel in a fantastic location close to the therme, the casino, and within a short walk to the small town center area. Definitely recommended for a stay in the area.

Good location on the river, with a short walk to town and some pleasant restaurants. Hotel is large but didn't seem too busy in September. Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Particularly good breakfast room and wide range of breakfast goo.

Nice and spacious rooms but they are not fully soundproof. However, the main problem was that there was practically no internet connection! None of the WLAN they provided worked even for a simple search.

Everything was fine. Room with enough space and cleaning. Location is not central located but fits perfectly for our family visit: next to Kaufland. Short driving distance to every where. We will definitely stay here next time when we visit Mainz.

Clean property, kind and helpful staff, ample breakfast, and a spacious room. For the first two days, there was a slight smoke smell, which was annoying for non-smokers like us. The shower drain was a bit clogged, and the water drained very slowly. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

I’m very satisfied. Clean and nice. Roomy. And I got it for a good price, because I was booking with trip. So all good! Location: very close to decathlon, shopping area, there’s mcdonald across from the hotel. But the hotel itself is surrounded by trees and there’s a green area. Very close to a bus station, from where you can get to the city’s old town.

The room is relatively new and cost-effective, but also small. After checking in, we found out that many rooms on the first floor were being renovated, so we had to go through the renovated rooms to get to our room. There was no kettle.

Other than the weak water pressure and the fact that it's a bit far from downtown, everything else was great. The staff were always willing to help, and everything was great. It was quiet and nice.

We chose to go the weekend when there was a music festival and the fire alarm went off at 5:15. Chose this as a restful break. Would like to return to see if it could be great.

Great Hotel with a family feel. Nice staff, clean rooms and a choice of two restaurants on site. In my opinion breakfast at an additional cost of €23 per person is a bit expensive but I have to admit the buffet selection is good.

This hotel is my preferred option whenever I go to Mainz. Everything about it is great, but above all, the very friendly personnel and staff. And their breakfast is outstanding!

It was all good (location, staff, breakfast, clean) but the shower is in the room basically. There is no bathroom door. That is quite inconvenient. And the rooms were small. Plus, there was no way to turn off the AC and I was pretty cold.

We stayed one night and we booked the family suite. Smooth check in and the staff was very friendly. Our room was very clean and we had a lot of space with a family of 4. Our stay at Brixiade & Triton Hotel in Cochem had a small issue at first, as room 19 had an unpleasant smell. Thankfully, the staff quickly moved us to a much better room. Overall, the staff were friendly, the food was okay, and the location is perfect.

The best feature of this hotel is the castle and river view from the window. The room was clean, but there was a moldy smell inside and outside, and since there was no ventilation, the only option was to keep the balcony door constantly open. Both breakfast and dinner were average. The wine list was very extensive, and a perfect recommendation was given.

We have had an super nice weekend in Brixiade & Triton hotel, even the weather was not so good we have had enough to do. Nice village, wonderfull woods for walking around. Nice hotel and staff but rooms are very small and bathroom is tiny. Shower has no privacy with a glass wall that faces into the room and the hall of door open. Bathroom light can only be turned on if other room lights are on. No room for other furniture and no place to put suitcases.

We stayed here several times when visiting family in Ludwigshafen and would do it again. Truly 4*! (+)The hotel is easy to reach by car, has 24/7 reception. There are free of charge parking slots reserved for guests (very important considering difficult parking situation in Lu!) and also charge station for e-cars. City center is 15min on foot.
