Reviews
Yogurts were all expired, I only realized after eating one.
Then I checked all the others on the counter and they were all expired.
One was due November and it was end of January.
And upon checking that, I found out that cheese was expired as well.
I told the staff and they didn’t even do anything, they left everything there.
One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been to.
Not recommended at all.
The picture is how gross the glass in the toilet was when I got in the room.
The room is also very cold.
If you complain, the woman in the managers office tells you "go somewhere else".
That's exactly what we do!
It seems to be a drug friendly hotel though. In the 17th floor you can buy openly from staff living there.
Check in is available only from 13:00 so plan for that. Friendly staff, clean lobby and rooms.
Reception is only open 15:00-20:00 so if you need anything or have questions before or after these times, you cannot reach anyone. Check out is at 11:00. Since no one is available at the desk, you cannot check out manually if you prefer to settle charges and have a receipt in your hand before you leave. You must drop your keys in a box and hope they do not mess up your bill. The customer service is non existent, and the rooms are very basic. Cleanliness was good, and the breakfast was normal for a European breakfast. The view from the dining facility on the 19th floor is lovely. The morning staff was friendly, unlike the front desk reception staff who are cold and robotic, lacking any hospitality customer service training. Overall, there's a sinister energy about this place, so we would not choose to stay here again.
