Very comfortable and central 3 to 4 Star. Friendly and helpful staff. All we miss is a gym.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Löwengarten, it exceeded our expectations. We were upgraded to one of their apartment rooms and it was really nice. It has a huge spa bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette including a Nespresso machine. The room was waiting for us with a complimentary sparkling wine cooling in a bucket. Staff were super friendly.

For better or worse, it feels like a city hotel.
The breakfast was nothing special compared to other hotels.
The view from the room was pretty good.
I booked a queen bed, but it was a separate bed made up of two single beds joined together, so if I slept alone, I would either end up squeezing in the gap or only using one side.
The downside is that there aren't many parking spaces. The designated parking lot fills up quickly, so I have to park on the street in a nearby parking lot.

We were there with our 4 children for 2 nights. They were super friendly and the whole experience was wonderful. The rooms are lovely and the beds, showers and bathroom, the points that are really critical, were great! They had a table tennis room downstairs the kids could use and a library plus a great internet connection. I could not recommend this place highly enough. The city itself is lovely and super for kids and adults with the Technical museum and the wonderful architecture of the church. Great price and great fun. We will be going back for our anniversary, minus the kids :)
