A historical hotel very charmful. The room we had on the Elb was very nice, large and well fitted and the view is so resting. The restaurant is good, not expensive for the place and the dinner on the terrace is magical.

Great Spa. Watch out though, it appears to be closed on Sundays. Decent breakfast, rooms were clean. Right opposite the historic elevator which is a great place to take in the golden hour with a nice beverage 🥂

Nice hotel in a perfect environment for a hiking vacation with a confortable stay (+sauna!). The staff was nice and accomodating.

We attended the Christmas night ballroom dance and had a lovely time. The ballroom is beautiful and has a really nice floor. The music was good. We discovered dance by chance and went because we were staying nearby. We will be going back next Christmas. Update we have been coming every year for the dance except during covid.

food was average but I give 4 stars mainly because of waiters which were generally quite nice and normal. I found it to be an exception in the area of Sachsische Schweiz

A very romantic hotel.. All the employees were very kind. The rooms are spacious, clean. You get a key like from the Middle Ages, to really feel like you are in a castle. The breakfast is excellent. The surroundings with the gardens are beautiful. We really enjoyed it.

Sitting at an outdoor table enjoying the view and excellent food and wine, what’s not to like? The Saxon Game Plate is superb and the Tarte Tatin magnificent. Very good and attentive service make a meal here a memorable experience. Highly recommended.

Although the hotel felt old overall, it wasn't a problem for a one-night stay. There was dust and mold on the windowsill, so I wish they'd cleaned it more thoroughly. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful, but the restaurant staff at the hotel where I had dinner were rude and the food was subpar.

The Hotel is situated outside the city centre but perfectly connected to public transport. It feels safe and is very clean. Staff are friendly. Downsides for us: bathtub/shower very slippery, shower curtain sticks to everything and the water temperature fluctuates. Would still recommend and we will be back.

The hotel is located on the outskirts of Dresden. The reception staff, room and bar were fine. Had breakfast at the hotel which was ok but limited choice. It's a 30 minute tram ride into the centre of Dresden & the tram stop is 200 metres from the hotel, or it's a 20 minute taxi ride.

It was a nice hotel with smiling and helpful staff. There was very small refrigerator in room but it is very slow about its job. Otherwise everything in room was good and clean including bed comfort. I booked this hotel for my family trip to Dresden. It was far from the center of Dresden, so it would be difficult to get there by bus. If you have a car, it's cheap, clean, and recommended.

The hotel is very clean and the staff super friendly. The twin beds on the other hand is pretty narrow and my son actually fell off a couple of times during the night waking me up in a fright lol.

Very relaxing place. Close to Dresden, too. The bus takes 15min and leaves every 10min. They have a gym, wonderful breakfasts, and you can bring your dog (10euro surcharge). If you are lucky, you can get a room facing Dresden and watch lovely city lights at night

Everything was nice . The hotel is close to the markets. 10 mins walk from Dresden Neuestadt. There are 2 parking lots and pet friendly. I could see many dogs staying with the guests.

It takes 10 minutes to walk from the hotel to the light rail station. The location is remote. It is not convenient to take a taxi. It is not recommended for those who are not traveling by car. I booked it because of Marriott at first. But the service and facilities are not up to par. The air conditioner in the room is broken and the bathroom is very small.

The location of the hotel was a bit disappointing as it is rather far away from the city center. Our room was clean but rather basic. The in room safe did not work and the safety chain on the door was loose. Breakfast was really good with everything you could wish for. The staff at the front desk was not very welcoming.

TLDR: it's a great place to stay in Dresden. The hotel feels upscale, the rooms are spacious and clean with nice natural light, the beds are comfortable. After mediocre experience in Titisee we were hesitating to take this hotel and we loved it! Very good facilities for a family! Even if the hotel is huge and full of guests, the staff is extremely professional and provides personalised advice and guidance in a very friendly manner. Beautiful place with exceptional service and facilities. We stayed in the Toscana Suite for four nights, and it was spacious and bright. Every request we made was promptly accommodated in a professional and courteous manner. Breakfast and dinner at the Italian restaurant were excellent. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center. I highly recommend this place.
