We were there last year. They included a sauna just for us. We also got a very cheap upgrade. To sum it up, a very nice hotel and great staff. We enjoyed our time. Thank you very much.

There is no recepcionist in hotel. when arriving to the hotel, to enter the hotel. You need to call number on the door. if you have no cell phone or empty battery of your phone, you an not enter it.. I stayed between 15 to 18 june. Even though Majority of rooms in hotel is empty, we was stayed room in the roof !! room was small , bed is soft and awful. Despite I paid for normal room, Authorised made us stay room in the roof. They unfairly took too much money from me. breakfast is not bad.

Basic but lovely little hotel
Great hotel in a convenient location. We needed a twin room which was accommodated. Very clean. Great hot water pressure. Room was basic but spacious. There's an elevator which is helpful as we were on the 4th floor. Breakfast was simple and delicious. Eggs, meats, toast, crescents, cheeses, sausages, yogurts, veggies etc. And nice service. Close walk to the Christmas market and the train station.

We organized a week long conference at this hotel attended by 10 people from the US and Poland. It was absolutely perfect. We were so well looked after by the staff. The conference room had a massive TV which was perfect for our needs. The Manager, Rolf, spoke perfect English and took care of our nightly dinner reservation needs. The staff were gracious, kind and professional. I hope we can come back one day!
