Very nice and pleasant hotel. The rooms are cosy and quiet. The stuff is nice and kindly. The dinner was great. If you visit the town is really nice place to stay.

My experience at the hotel and with the provided breakfast was very good. In the meantime, I have asked the hotel to return to me an electric toothbrush an Oral-B made by Braum, which I left accidentally in my room 501 on my checkout day of May 27. Stayed here 1 night for work purposes, staff were very friendly and spoke good English. Food in the restaurant was very nice and all good prices. The room was very clean and had everything you needed

I like the hotel, however they have changed some of the things at breakfast:
no croissants anymore, no specialty cheeses amongst others, which were two of the highlights for me.
and that while pricing is going up
the rest was fine

Really good location if arriving to Suhl by train as it is right in front of the station.
Breakfast is nice and simple with fruits available.
Room was nice and spacious, wish there was AC but those are rare in Germany.

Nice hotel with good service. Good food in the restaurant. Free ironing of shirts for business guests which was a very good surprise.

Very nice accommodations. Love the pool. Right in the middle of everything. Food was great. Alexandria provided excellent service for lunch.

A lovely hotel. All the staff we met were extremely friendly and professional. I don't speak any German (typical British person!) but most of the staff spoke some English. I had an excellent sleep on a very comfortable bed. The food in the restaurant was excellent, but they do not have English menus, so Google translate came in very handy! Large, safe car park at the back of the hotel. Ignore the old reviews, this place is wunderbar!
