Everything is good, location is great.

We stayed in this hotel on our way to austria. What a nice place! We arrived at 00:30, but we were received very friendly, with a big smile(!) by the gentleman behind the counter. Very clean rooms, comfortable beds and a quiet environment. We had a very good night's sleep! Thankyou :)

I booked this hotel during a business trip and it was a pleasant experience. The receptionist was kind and helpful. The room was pretty standard and clean. Had no issues with the service. The breakfast was also good. Offered a variety of options to choose from. I’ll definitely recommend.

We were travelling and we just needed a hotel not far from the highway. We had some problems with the first and we asked to change and we were given a smaller room with the balcony which we didn't need at all! Clean rooms, kind staff and the staff speaks English and german, they were able to hold our luggage for us while we waited for the room to be ready so we could walk around

A great stay! Location and breakfast were perfect! They checked me in early and the support staff with free minibar options (water and beer and coke) was all amazing! My only challenge was electricity to the room. They use the card injected=power, so you can’t charge anything when away from the room. This was not ideal.

Company booked 2 rooms for my coworker and I and only I got the key from the key box, because they told him a wrong PIN code, so I blame the hotel for me having a bad night and not him and his terrible sleeping habits. Very clean room and spacious bathroom for such a small single room. The location is excellent and close to the city center and VW Autostadt, within walking distance. The breakfast was very good. And the staff were so nice. It’s more like a home than an hotel. Highly recommended.

The staff was cery helpful especially Ali, everything was great, unfortunately the hotel is far away from Berlin center. Close to the hotel there's good italian restaurant, big supermarket, McDonald's and petrol station.

What can I say Ali was at the front desk when we had our late check in and all I can say is he welcomed me and my partner so lovely big bright smile with complementary drinks and brought us some boiled sweets over whilst we had our wine! First time in Berlin as well so was unsure on where to go! as we love history. Ali helped us find what to do the nexted day with the map he took his time marked it...

Cosy hotel, very friendly and helpful staff and super comfortable beds. Location a bit far from the city, so be prepared to bus + U-bahn / S-bahn combinations when traveling (during warm weather the U7 line is at walking distance). Air con in the room was shut down during winter and that made the air in the room a bit stuffy, had to keep the window open a lot because of that.

Amazing hotel, great location from the airport. Public transport is so easy to use from the hotel, the staff are great and friendly especially Nancy who greeted us when arriving at the hotel and when leaving too. We had a few hours before the flights and wanted to explore more of the beautiful city, Nancy suggested we can leave our heavy luggage at the hotel. Definitely will stay here again

Stay this hotel near to airport.

Long ago this location was a flour mill, now a luxury hotel and spa in Garmisch. Rooms were clean, bed firm. They have a small gym, and many spa services. The bar has a decent selection of spirits, wine and beer. There is a lovely walking path along the river.

I had a great stay at this hotel, and the best part was that the room had proper air conditioning – a rare and much-appreciated feature in this region. I stayed for one night. I chose this hotel because I wanted to go to Charlottenburg Palace and because it was close to the bus station. The hotel was very clean and comfortable. I was able to leave my luggage there before check-in and after check-out. I went to central Berlin several times during my stay, and it wasn't a problem because the train and bus stops were nearby. This hotel is great! Near everything. Comfy beds. Clean rooms. Bathroom snug, but was fine. Staff are lovely. The sweets and coffee at reception is a lovely little extra. Met other lovely guests too. Its a good hotel. However, I would not say that the staff is super cooperative. They denied me service when I requested them if I could get my food warmed up. I paid around 100 euros incl. taxes for my small single comfort room for one night (less than 12 hours) and it didn’t even have a dental kit. I had to personally request for one.

Business travel to Munich, staying at the Leonardo Boutique. I found the rooms small but sufficient and nicely appointed. Location is good for the old town. Minor gripe is they don't offer hair conditioner in the shower, just a hair and body wash combo. If you use hair conditioner, you'll need to go out and buy some.

For a solo traveler - the room was great ! Bed and pillows were comfy, room was very clean in a nice quiet area. The walk to old town is lovely and fairly quick, same to the parks and train stations. The bathrooms are extremely small - I am a fairly small person and can barely squeeze into the shower. The toilet and sink block the door from opening fully so it's a tight fit, but for someone just needing...

Luxurious and delightful property by the river, just across the bridge from old Heidelberg. We loved the beautiful decor, the robes and slippers, comfy bed, cozy sitting area, and plenty of books to read! Cute boutique hotel in Black Forest on the lake. We used the free paddle boards and sauna. Booked a massage. Breakfast each morning was delicious, fresh and many options. We ate dinner our first night at the restaurant, which was also very solid. Quiet, romantic. Staff was kind. Rooms very clean. Get a lake view! So worth it. Walk to town is about 10-15min easy downhill.

Great hoatoric hotel. We are a family of 5, and had to book 2 rooms. Rooms were well appointed and clean. Breakfast included was the best we've encountered on our trip.

From the moment that we arrived we felt welcome and relaxed. Our messenine room ( has two floors ) was large with great views over the river. The bathroom is on the upper level (bath robes would be welcome ) .Very very clean. Comfortable bed ( cotton sheet would be appreciated instead of a stretch cover ). A restaurant is located in the building ( not run by the hotel) it is fantastic .. don’t forget...

The room wasn't as big as it looked in the photos. It's not far from Central Station, there's a supermarket nearby, and it's close to the city center and pedestrian street, so the location is good. However, the hotel and the room weren't as good as expected, and the coffee machine didn't work properly either.

The location of this hotel is quite convenient with good transport access. However, the elevator was out of order, which made carrying our luggage up to the first floor quite troublesome. Despite this, one of the staff members, Nina, was extremely friendly and warm-hearted. She willingly took on the task of moving the luggage by herself, and her kind and helpful attitude brought us a sense of warmth...

I was showering. After around 5 mins, all of a sudden my partner knocked on my door warning the water was flooding  out of the toilet. Literally the whole toilet was flooded with water. The design of the glass door of the shower was poor. A piece of plastic attached to the bottom part of the glass door was the only thing stopping water from leaking of the shower. Great location close to Central train station and reception staff provided good assistance with travel around Muchen. However while we stayed for five nights we were given room adjacent to stairs and lift. This meant you heard lift moving at night and noise from other guests walking up stairs or departing lift. While wifi is offered, it did not work effectively in the room and while I mentioned it...

Beautiful hotel with a castle view from the room. Everything is within walking distance. Rooms are very clean and staff is lovely and polite. Gets a bit loud since it's situated next to a fairly busy road but it's not a big deal. We rented the family room with kitchenette and it was nice and spacious. Highly recommend.

Our room was beautiful and spacious, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean and modern, and the staff was friendly. Best of all though was sitting in the cafe downstairs and looking out into the market square, which was stunning.

Nice staff and rather nice and practical room. The hotel is well located in Mitte, about 15 minutes from the train station on foot (with suitcases!). Copious breakfast, to be recommended! The only drawback is that it's better to arrive early (or late) for breakfast to avoid the morning crowd, otherwise you may have to wait more than 15-20 minutes to get a table...

Highly recommend staying here, we booked a garden room which was very quiet, large clean rooms, great bathroom with mirror & pouffee near to hairdryer too. Coffee maker, free mini bar of soft drinks. Plenty of choice for breakfast, friendly staff & near transport links for ease of getting anywhere. I would definitely stay here again. A slight niggle for me as with most Berlin hotels, the wardrobe...

Great location & beds. We had a de-luxe room. The soft drink minibar and coffee machine were included. Breakfast was great but make sure to go early (latest 8.30) if you want the full selection. The nice staff have problems to refill when crowded. Hotel parking was full but possible to park in nearby safe Mercure hotel garage (19 EUR). We will come back next time when in Berlin.

Hotel was flexible about our stay due to covid, much appreciated. The breakfast staff was wonderful. The barkeep however was "irritated" with us, because we played rummikub in the lobby. This is no way to talk to customers and left a foul aftertaste. Also: my room had a sticky carpet and I regularly found hair...

The staff were very friendly to English speaking guests. The room was comfortable and the 1887 restaurant served a sumptuous breakfast buffet and wonderful evening meals.
