Lovely clean room. The bus stop qas right outside which made our trip so easy. The restaurant was nice. We had a massage chair in our room too and it was really nice. The shower was hot clean and a good strebtgh

Brilliant hotel! We stayed there with one of our school groups, and it was absolutely perfect. Great rooms, incredible breakfast and shops and restaurants around the area. We will definitely be back.

We had a company party there. It's nice place with beautiful site. The quality of the food was also good. There was a servant gay (Hesham) super nice with extraordinary hospitality.

The room was fantastic!!! It was THE biggest double bed EVER!!!!!! It was huge! I loved it!!!! Bedding was also good. The towels were so soft and really good

Given that there wasn't an option for the receptionist to reverse the 'no show' on the system, which to me, seems absurd and is something that the management of this hotel should change, he advised that I pay for the room privately, take an invoice and dispute with booking

With ten days having passed since I put in the dispute, having paid the property privately and having received zero notification of the 'no show' fee being cancelled, I was confused as to why no resolution was being displayed on booking

Good service, comfortable family room. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and parking are very recommended. Easy to go to the center with the public transport. Olympic park to walk is 2 minuts away

There was no automatic daily cleaning, and for four days I had to repeatedly ask for clean towels for the shower, which were eventually provided after four days. Sometimes the cleaning was not up to the expected standard

The rooms were quite new and offered a reasonable amount of space for six people. The staff were very friendly, and whenever we asked for something, they were always willing to help. However, there were some drawbacks

I stayed at this hotel with my family for seven days. The price was very attractive and affordable, and the room for six people was sufficient for us. Overall, it is a very good hotel for families

I informed the staff that we were staying with a child and asked if they could increase the heating temperature, but I was told that the heating system is automatic and they could not adjust it

It has an excellent location, situated directly next to a tram station and very close to the Olympic Park. There is also a nearby supermarket, and everything is within easy reach

The swimming pool is nice with a fun water slide, and it has an average size. The swimming pool is open till 22:00 o'clock

Wonderful park, very nice set up just as on the pictures! We stayed in the area close to the woods which is the prettiest part but the other part is nice as well, just a bit further walk from everything

The facilities are splendid: great indoor swimming pool, nice indoor playground with crafts every day around 10, fab bowling area with blacklight and music, little shop with mainly souvenirs, swimwear, fresh bread in the morning and also slay rental during winter

Multiple trails leave from the park including kids walk (märchenweg or something ) It's a bit far to the town centre, about 30 mins walk. ATM ca 20 mins and supermarkt 25 mins

Cosy hotel for families with young children! Free cultural events in high season at the Kleinkunstbühne with pub. Highly recommended as the whole landscape is cultural somehow "dead"

Bus stop into town ca 5 min walk from reception (every 15 mins bus, we got free bus tickets from the park) House very specious, convenient. Bit outdated but no problem to us

When we arrived, all the doors were locked and there was no one around to let us in. Eventually, someone cleaning the bar connected to the hotel helped us get inside

We had a very brief stay here and everything was great. We would stay here again when we come back.

No complimentary water, no mini bar (apart from 2,6Euro water), no swimmimg pool. They cannot find company's data for the invoice, even if you take one invoice after the other

You were very patient with all our requests for copying music, unlocking the room safe, proving water. The maids were gracious and flexible in making up the room

The hotel was awesome. We enjoyed a room. We loved the view of the Munester. The breakfast was excellent, and it was a great location to the Christmas markets.

Reception staff gave us directions for the walk to the old town. It is a very convenient and enjoyable walk. The hotel provides excellent value for money.

It's very nice this place is for couples and old age couples also for medical treatment, it's has hot water pools and they put sum mineral in the water so it helps to get relief from health and skin problems.

Very nice hotel, directly opposite the thermal baths. The staff is very nice and friendly. And the kitchen is absolutely amazing. Each plate is prepared with great care. The choice of food left nothing to be desired

As always, a great stay at the hotel. A new bathroom and everything you could want for a short stay. A generous breakfast with friendly staff. I always feel very comfortable when I stay here

The location directly opposite the thermal baths is another plus. There's also an underground parking garage with an elevator

The great reason for choosing this hotel is the directly adjacent public indoor swimming pool with warm brine bath water, which is included in the hotel fee

Idyllic location and the loveliest welcome from staff whilst we were on a concert tour round Europe. Not all hotels welcome us so warmly and it makes such a difference

I loved the blackout curtains and metallic rolls in our room, we slept very good. We came with my parents and we had two rooms next to each other and connected with a door, super comfortable

The only thing I would not recommend is the breakfast, since my parents paid for one day and were not happy because the options to eat were very limited

The outside saunas and pool were unfortunately out of order, as was the bar. We were advised by the staff to get a snack in the pool area on arrival, but we were too busy with swimming

We didn't stay in the hotel, but we visited the adventure pool and saunas one Friday afternoon in October. The pools were amazing! The outdoor pool was nicely heated

5 different slides, waterfalls, spa jets, a wave pool, and many different jacuzzis. We spent a good 2 hours in the pool before it closed, and then we made our way into the sauna area

This review is for the gym and sauna. Both are excellent and the friendliness of the staff is unsurpassed. Gym: large amount of well-kept machines. Super-friendly staff member Marcel made us feel at home

Besides, the hotel has plenty of parking spots available including the charging (charging is expensive though). The only real downside was the loud heating unit, which could be an issue for people with sensitive sleep

We stayed here for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The breakfast was outstanding, with a wide selection and excellent quality, and the service throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and professional

The location is another big plus: very close to Strasbourg and also perfectly situated for exploring the Black Forest

Breakfast is also delicious, with a wide selection. The staff at this hotel are very accommodating. There's a delicious Italian restaurant near the hotel called 'Julia's… Restaurant & Café Bar'

Aside from that, the hotel was comfortable, well maintained, and ideal for both city trips and nature getaways

Negative: The "water park" is not so big, and pictures on website is little bit misleading. Water slides for children in the outer area pool was closed/under construction which was a letdown

A high quality hotel. The staff are friendly and the rooms are very new and clean. Also great if you are also going to the Waterpark as you have an exclusive entryway. The breakfast is also one of the best in Germany.

We had an excellent stay here. Friendly staff. Nice rooms. Bike rental and direct access to the pool with slides, sauna, etc. The breakfast was superb, offering everything you might like, including caviar

Spacious rooms and cleaned daily as they should be, friendly staff in any problem you may have, breakfast more than enough even for the picky eaters, the restaurant has many very friendly waiters who also know English

There is an outdoor pool also but it was winter when I was there. The breakfast buffet is great. Bar was nice and had good wine

The Big Egg building is iconic, the views from the rooms are great, the huge jacuzzi is fantastic after skiing or hiking, and the indoor pool has a diving board and a slide

The only disadvantage was that the hotel parking lot wasn't big enough, but only because the pool is public and people drive to come swimming. Overall I'd be happy to come back

My kids were very pleased by the little details reserved for them such as kids slippers and kids personal care kit with special shower gel, shampoo, body lotion and a wet cleaning paper just for them

My husband and I had a simply perfect time at the Hotel Oversum. Embedded in nature, architecturally beautiful inside and out with spacious rooms, we loved it

Being asian, we are used to being rudely treated, so this was a welcome change! Only gripe was that the aircon in one of the rooms was not functioning well and blew semi-hot air, but the window could be opened, and that worked out well for us

Definitely the best ibis hotel we have been to. Its an ibis budget, so everything there is basic as per the clearly shown pictures on their website

My two rooms were extremely clean and the hotel staff were extremely welcoming and friendly which was a great plus

The hotel has everything you need to keep you going. I asked for a quiet room and got one. The breakfast was good, with people working hard to keep everything tidy. The location is definitely out of town

For the outside pool which is clean and very decent, refrain from sliding down the long high slide as an adult, I had to walk to gain momentum mid-slide. Not safe when going off it with a minor on your lap

We only used the hotel pool. A very nice and reasonable place to enjoy a summer day. It would have been better if the pool games were installed with more excitement.

In general the hotel is totally fine, but for the price I expected a bit more. The pools are worth 5 stars, but I felt a bit uncomfortable in my room, because of the cold atmosphere and the uncomfortable bed

Room 115 was adequate, I don't like the fixed cheap shower/hair and hand gel dispensers and think these let good hotels down, and also makes for extra packing to bring our own, or having to buy some there which is also annoying

The room was overlooking the outside restaurant/bar area so was a bit noisy in the evening. It's beside a huge outdoor swimming complex which was great. We had a nice walk to the lake which was beautiful

Good room with enough facilities, but the cleaning service is not good as 4 stars hotel. Also the pool area is not so clean and the pool has not really good filters as well

Clean and spacious small apartment, fully equipped kitchen, quiet location within walking distance to the center and supermarket. The pool is not included in the apartments.

Other highlights were the vast breakfast buffet and the massage that we booked on top. The hotel is surrounded by fields and yet just a 4 min drive to the beach

This Hotel is the perfect family experience. the facilities are unbelievable and they think of everything. They have so many activities for the children to chose from, childcare, child friendly buffet

This place is very close (walking distance) to the very cool Wildpark and the Oase swimming pool. Both places are great for children of all ages

We really liked the hotel with its top location. The lovely staff cares a lot about the well-being of their guests. The willingness to help is particularly noteworthy. The rooms are lovingly furnished

Everything we needed was nearby and easy to access, plus there was a large, clean, fenced-in play area for dogs with toys

No wheelchair access tho. Staff speak very little English, but were very pleasant. Super plus points that it is a pet-friendly establishment, there is a fenced-in dog training park on the premises.

Terrific! We will probably come back by the end of the year, but next year at the latest. The hotel is a good starting point for getting to know Mecklenburg-Western Pomerania and all its sights.

Only slight hiccup for us was the language barrier. Being English, we were very much in the minority. Most staff spoke a bit of English, some not so much… and the surrounding areas were pretty similar

We got by with a mix of pointing, smiling, and hoping for the best. In all fairness, it’s made us realise we should probably learn more German before rocking up again like we own the place

Food-wise, it’s a bit samey — think pizza, burgers, and chicken on repeat. The supermarket saved us though, loads of choice if you fancy cooking. Speaking of cooking — the oven nearly defeated us

In the Centerparcs hotel, the rooms were freshly renovated, the bathroom redesigned and modern, and the furniture in the room stylish and comfortable

Spacious accommodation and loads to do — no chance of anyone saying “I’m bored” here (which with kids is basically a miracle)

Highly recommend the swimming and the Aventura on the hill… both guaranteed to tire everyone out nicely. The views are stunning too — proper “stop and pretend you’re in a travel advert” vibes
