Extremely good value for money, not huge rooms but spacious enough. Staff were incredibly attentive during stay, and the on site bars were, in fact, cheaper than out and about. Good selection too, and the roof top bar is a nice touch! Absolutely would recommend and I’ll look at Motel one more in the future.

The room was well-equipped, comfortable, and clean, but the breakfast was too basic.

Modern hotel with good AC next to the Deutsches Museum and also walking distance to Marienplatz and some good restaurants. Close to the Roseinheimer Platz train station with regular access to the airport. Solid choice.

The rooms are a bit small, but good value for money. However, the staff during breakfast were very rude, allowing entry to breakfast as if interrogating guests. I would not choose this hotel again. 10 out of 10 for the reception staff.

Very nice building, sort of small rooms but very clean and cozy ones. My room was in the 19th floor and you get the chance to have an awesome view of the city, though it'd be better if you could get a view of the lake nearby. I really enjoyed staying in this hotel and I'll definitely try it in my next trips.

Room is clean and nice according to pictures but very small. The breakfast was ok, coffee too, coming from a machine with different varieties. I do like the breakfast and surrounding area. Looks nice in the evening as well, but we didn’t spend any time there.

Okay for a night if you're in the city for business. The bar is pretty decent, so is breakfast. Parking is easy and plentiful, if a bit expensive. The rooms are very small and barebones, but serviceable overall.

Fantastically comfortable Fantastically comfortable bed and everything needed in the bedroom was there (but the towels could have been bigger!) Really liked the lobby “Star Bar” which meant we could grab a drink at anytime.

Excellent central location with roof bar and terrace. Rooms are large enough. My only suggestion is to put a small bench so that luggage doesn't have to be put on floor or bed.

Great hotel and nice staff. The room was ready quicker than expected so we were let in earlier than expected which is always a nice touch. The hotel is also very well located.

The rooms needs complimentary water as a basic in this day and age. The hotel lack of room facilities including no phone that i could see. No water . Kettle etc. I would have given a 7 ratings however staff at reception was exceptional and hanna positive attitude made me put a better rating in the end.

Nice staff, good service but small rooms. Don’t expect dressers, kettle in basic rooms. For 1 or 2 nights it’s perfect. Breakfast was neat and location ambience and cleanliness was top notch. Views were amazing from the 18th floor. Overall great stay! Only 5 mins walk from public transport.

I stayed in this hotel due to it's distance to the Berlin Central Station, which is few minutes walk away. The hotel was super clean, modern and beds were comfortable. The hotel is pet-friendly, but there is additional 19 euro charge for that. Annoyingly, it is not stated on the ******* website, besides 'pet charge may apply'.

Great stay for business The rooms are small but adequate for a short stay for business. Perfectly located across from Skyline Plaza with a 30 minute walk to the Cathedral. Staff were exceptional although there was renovation work that we weren’t notified about the disruption was minimal. Great breakfast options with friendly and helpful staff. Would stay again and recommend to others.

Located a short walk away from Romerburg Sqaure. Love the location for its calmness - away from the hustle and bustle of the Christmas market yet still near enough. Room run a bit small but we still manage a large and XL luggage.

Location was superb! Parking was good and good restaurants around the hotel. They just did not give me any amenities like free bottles of water. And bit small, but I guess for the good location you have to understand.  Walking distance to the main river and. The Goethe museum.

First of all, the room was incredibly small and stuffy. The safe was broken and unusable... They didn't provide bottled water, and there wasn't even a refrigerator or an electric kettle to boil water. The service wasn't great for the price. The location was good.

Stayed few nights. Brilliant location. Any tourist attractions/places were walking distance. But room facilities were very minimal. No coffee/tea facility, even a cup other than paper cup in bathroom. Alternatives such as cafe/bars at the hotel as well as close by cafes are there that maybe why.

Everything great! We were a family and were placed on a connected family room, that was 2 rooms together, so we had 2 toilets. The rooms were a bit small, but the fact we had two was perfect! Would not recommend Uncomfortable bed and pillows, and lacking cleaning routines. Super basic, even for the relatively low price. Ps: Don’t be fooled: you are not given access to a gym nearby - the misleading text is nothing more than a tricky way of stating that yes; in the middle of a large city, there will be gyms nearby, and if you want to use them, you have to pay.

Good value stay Everything was as expected. The lift situation is quite bad as it takes so long to call a lift and often it arrived already full of people.

It was okay but wouldn’t book it again The service was not amazing, it was difficult to get hold off an iron. The lifts were super slow. For business i wouldn’t come back.

I stayed at this hotel in Cologne and overall had a very good experience. The room was relatively small, but it was clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with anything I needed, which made the stay much more comfortable. The only thing I would have preferred is a small fridge in the room, as it would have been really convenient.

We had 3 rooms which were all very clean and adequate. Breakfast was plentiful and of high quality. Hotel is in a very good position, just off the very centre but walking distance to train station, cathedral and pedestrian area. We had booked interconnecting rooms but they were not available as we arrived late in the evening.

The location is excellent. There's a large supermarket nearby, which is convenient. The underground parking lot is easily accessible. While parking is paid, you can get a small discount if you pay at the hotel. The breakfast is simple but excellent, and the staff is very friendly.

The air conditioning in my room seem not functioning after waiting for a long time, then i decided to open the window to get the air flowing. Regret that no boiler provided. Despite above shortfall, love the hotel location at the centre and accessible to all other tourist spot.

I loved the location. Not a bad walk from the train station and heheh you are just at the edge of the good stuff- an old German restaurant next door, the Cathedral a block or 2 around the corner. The bar wasn’t as appealing as some as the other Motel Ones I’ve been too- a little more business feeling. But I’ve come to love the color and decor scheme of this chain. Room was great. Basic but quiet and I slept well. The breakfast was really good, if you have time get it.

Good stay between flight connections or to catch a flight next morning. There is no shuttle to the airport and one needs to walk about 20 minutes. The way is a bit hard to find and inconvenient in case it rains. The room was very small for two people but manageable for one night. The price-performance ratio is a bit too high.

Perfect for one night stay close to the airport.

It was close to the airport, but a little far away so I got wet in the rain. I finally arrived after my baggage got lost and was saved by the smile of the staff who greeted me. The facilities were very good and it was a hotel I would like to stay at again.

Very close to Hamburg Airport, the hotel is a bit messy, the room is small, and the internet speed is slow. It's OK to stay overnight or catch a flight, but it's not good for business travel. Not recommended

Absolutely perfect location close to museum island. Easily accessible via the metro system and by foot from the main station (In my opinion) Room was compact and comfortable, great bed with a fantastic view of the TV tower (I was room 7-18) Bathroom was perfect with a fantastic shower. clean but sterile decor in rooms Had to check in a few hours early.. reception staff was very friendly and helpful. helped make several prints from their printer. Rooms however, where clean and comfortable but somewhat small, austere and lacked some practical/functional features like towel bars and hooks in the bathroom.

Great experience, as always with Motel One. I’m not sure if there’s a hotel with a better price/performance ratio than Motel One. I’m always satisfied and content with them, and hope that they open more hotels in more locations☺️

Only superficial surface cleaning, there are many stains, dust, and smell. Amenities are okay, no fridge. Modernish but location is in the hauptbahnof area. Loud noises but window insulation blocks the sound.

It is clean very clean hotel, and very quite despite being very close the central station. I stayed there over the last two trips to frankfurt. It would be my first choice when i go again.

Your average hotel. Overall decent, but definitely way too expensive for the quality. (There was a big event nearby, which may have affected the prices.) Also, some rooms are louder than others, due to the train tracks in front of the windows.
